The crew was on time, curious, and very professional. During the course of the day, they took one break, which lasted half an hour (they are very hard workers). Upon completing the job, they cleaned up and left no trace that they were ever there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the service!

I have worked in this industry for a long time. With that said, I have never seen the quality of dust free tile removal until I bagan working with DustRam. I've had this system remove the tile in my person home and I would recommend it to anyone that is in search of quality and cleanliness.

If I could leave no stars that’ll be my rating. I Called this company too inquire about purchasing a machine. Salesman Josh picks up, I tell him I’m here local in South Florida and would like to buy a dustram too attach to my Bosch demo hammer. He tells me I don’t sale to anyone within 100 miles of our location, I’m like ok that’s weird, I know someone that had one that’s how I found out about it. Anyway the phone call felt like I was talking to the IRS, Josh was extremely condescending and insulting. I hope his higher ups review my phone call as he stated it was recorded. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to do business with these people from my short phone call. Back too rigging my vac up to the front of my machine with shroud, probably better anyway

I cannot say enough about DustRam - their whole team and the service they provide is amazing!! Everyone who told us we were crazy to remove our tile floor because of the mess it would make was absolutely mistaken. DustRam is truly dust-free! It is actually shocking! We are so thankful to have found this company and would recommend them to anyone thinking of removing their old floors. By far the best company we have worked with during our home renovation process!

Service and quality was fantastic! 100% recommended with zero hesitation. I normally do work myself but this project was 1000 sq ft and my back was aching thinking about it. In and out in a day and half, floor is ready for new tile, and I was amazed with how dustless it truly was. Crew was knowledgeable, professional , and friendly.

Jacked up the price by over 1200 from estimate because of an insignificant waterproof membrane (equivalent of duct tape) on the slab. Later found out they threw away my baseboards without explicit approval from me costing me another $1500. Also damaged bottom step and broke window sill in master bathroom. Unfortunate because Jamal was a nice guy. So was the CEO. Josh however is awkward and even accused me of "attempting to extort" the company. Ridiculous.

I would highly recommend this company. I had been told the worse part of a tile job was the mess made from tile removal --. fine tile dust that would last for months...After researching Dust Ram, I decided to give them a call. They came out, gave me an estimate and showed up the next week. I was shocked when they didn't cover the walls or tables or anything but that's their thing, dust-free. The tile removal process was so quiet that I was able to be on a Zoom call in the next room and no one heard a thing! Approximately four hours later, they were done and the floor was left so smooth you would never even know the terrazzo ever had tile on it. There was not one bit of old thinset or any evidence of tile. The best part was there was not any dust at all! I was wiping my hand over all the surfaces trying to find dust. Nope, no dust. I was just amazed. It was worth every penny to use their service. I would definitely say if you want no hassle, no mess tile removal, call Dust Ram!

I was NOT told that multiple (50 gallon drum sized) machines would be placed at open doors for almost 9 hours during the work. Supervisor said we need to keep the ac on and the air conditioner ran non stop with doors and garage open and had to be serviced after the work. The noise is extreme- no people or pets near the home. Not dust free not dustless, baseboards removed haphazardly causing unnecessary damage to walls from not scoring before removal.
No contact from company rep following the removal although I reached out to him.

The broken tile was removed, rough vacuuming was done, crew was friendly.
880 square feet of tile removed in 9 hours
One crew member used my microwave without asking, and they all used the restroom which added to the dust on shoes being spread to the back of the house down a hallway.
They required a 220 electrical outlet which required my dryer to be unplugged, my laundry room to be left open and more mess into the back of the house.
Company rep and supervisor were very customer oriented before and during the procedure- not after.
The customer should be educated about what to expect before the process begins.The contract you must sign is also extremely upsetting- requiring a lien on your property and additional fees.

Anyone with doubts if this company is the real thing, use them and see for yourself. We had our approximately 850 square feet of Mexican tile removed. No orange dust anywhere. Rubbed the walls, no dust. 100% pleased, Joey and his crew did an outstanding job, they were considerate of our appliances, stairway and property overall. Thrilled !
