Tile Contractor reviews in Pompano Beach, Florida

Jamal and his team we're professional, kind and did a great job. They protected all surface areas and there was barely any dust. I would definitely recommend DustRam to anyone. They finished my home in 2 days and it was a large job.

Jamal and his crew did an excellent job for us! They arrived at 745A and left around 7P. They worked hard all day long to get the job done in one day. There was some minor damage during the process.

What I liked:
Made it a one day job!
Tile chipped away, hauled away and floor prepped for tile installer all in a day, 1000 sq ft.

What I do NOT like:
They try and upsell everything. My estimate included a small half bath. They claimed it didn’t include the wall tile even though the square footage I gave them included it. They wanted an extra $800+ for the wall tile.

After they removed the tile they wanted an additional $1200 to sand the mastic off the floor which apparently wasn’t an issue since the tile getting removed stuck to it for 14 years with no issues.

Also don’t like their 50% upfront non refundable deposit and lopsided contract.

Overall would recommend just make sure you’re clear about what is to be done and don’t let them scare you into spending more. The price of the service is already about double traditional tile removal costs.

Had an incredibly good experience with DustRam . Nick was great. Jamal and his crew were great. Everyone I dealt with was professional, and friendly. Jamal and his crew got the job done well!!! I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them.

My husband and I used this company to remove 27 year old tile that had come up all over our house. We had 800 sq feet of tile to be removed. They showed up 30 minutes BEFORE their estimated arrival time and were able to finish in one day. The 3 workers worked their butts off in 93 degree weather with no a.c. running in house. I would highly recommend this company. They did all they promised and went above and beyond. Dust free is the only way to go for tile removal. I would give them 5 stars! You will not be disappointed with their work! Mike & Carlos are fantastic!

Joey Montelongo and his crew did an extraordinary job in house. Eventhough, my house is small, they managed to moved the furniture and work around it.I was impressed by their work ethic and dependability. I will strongly recommend Dust Ram.

My name is George Peralta, Joey and His crew came in the morning around 9 o’clock and they left around six. They did an amazing job. Those young men worked real hard and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. They were very professional. And I would recommend it to anyone that asked me.

I recently had floors removed in several rooms in my home, including parquet wood floors, travertine, and ceramic tile. It was important to me to minimize dust, and after extensive review and research, I hired Dustram to do the job. They did not disappoint.

JOEY and the other three men in his crew did a fantastic job. They were all polite, pleasant, and extremely hard-working over the several days of the project. A portion of the floor was done with a very hard, tightly bonded, thinset, but they persisted and actually spent an extra day to remove it all.

I had previously had a ceramic tile floor removed many years ago with an enormous amount of dust raised. This time I was amazed that no visible dust was created in the air, or on the belongings inside my home, although there was clearly dust rising out of the debris that they poured into the dumpster outside. This is accomplished with powerful vacuums attached to each of their tools including chipping hammers, grinders, and even the rakes to gather debris.

If you need ceramic tiles removed, and you are willing to pay a premium price for a premium and truly dust free service, I highly recommend Dustram.

DustRam was found by chance googling the internet on how to rip up tile with no mess. I saw their video and knew this was the route I wanted to go. Joey Montelongo called me to let me know he was on his way with his crew. When they arrived, I immediately felt I made the right decision using DustRam. Joey and his crew were AWESOME!!!! Outstanding work ethic and professional. We did one half of our house and seeing what a great job they did. I will be using DustRam (requesting Joey) again for the remainder of the house. Truly 99.9 percent dust free.

Truly amazing service provider. My wife and I hesitated to remove the mix of existing Saltillo Mexican tile and wood floors on our home's 1st floor. After some renovations we had no choice and we dreaded it. We knew it would make a mess with all the dust. Well, I can say with all sincerity, that we were darn LUCKY to have found DustRam! They not only removed approx 1600 sq ft of Saltillo tile and wood on our 1st floor level, but they truly were DUSTLESS!! The equipment they use really does work dustless. The servicemen, who worked on our floors, were absolutely professional, thourough and courteous. These guys are for real!! We highly recommend them!!!!
