Legacy did a great job resurfacing our pool. When the mat'ls (tile) became available early Legacy moved up their schedule. Work was performed quickly and competently. Our recent pool refinishing by Legacy Pools was the BEST experience my wife and I have ever had with any contractor. Starting with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to completion and refilling of our pool, was just about one and a half weeks. The actual refinishing of the pool was only 2 days. The construction crew was neat, clean, and as pleasant as the day is long. Darren (the owner) came on the final day, got into the pool, assisted his crew, then made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I only wish a rating of more than 5 stars was possible.

Legacy pools did such a beautiful job resurfacing our pool. They really surpassed our expectations my a mile. Very professional and fast. Matt was always available when we any questions or concerns. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Lefacy Pools for any upgrades in the future and would highly recommend 100%

Pictures don't really do justice to how beautiful our pool is after Legacy resurfaced it with Florida Stucco Petite Pearl Granite and replaced the concrete deck with Silver Travertine pavers. The infinity edge is amazing. The contractors that Darren brings in are such nice people and skilled at their craft. We really enjoyed interacting with them. I actually kinda miss them. We ran into a glitch with a pipe that was inadvertently broken during the process but happy to say that Darren stepped up quickly to repair it. The pool is amazing.

After over three years as a customer, I was surprised to receive a text about unpaid December and January invoices. The message mentioned previous contact attempts, but I hadn’t received any calls, emails, or reminders before this. The text indicated my service would be canceled and requested I set up auto-pay.

I paid the outstanding balance right away and decided to cancel my service. As a long-term customer with a consistent payment history, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the abrupt approach to what seemed to be a billing notification issue.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What a pleasure it is doing business with Legacy Pool!! Darren the owner was responsive on appointments and informing me of the next steps all along the way. He also came to the job site several times to oversee progress and do his own troubleshooting, which paid off as he found pool leaks on the steps. On my initial appointment with Darren, he gave me a quote for a full pool and patio renovation the next day and he beat every other contractor's price. Let me say I did not compromise on product or scope. The timing was good and they started within a week after signing the contract which is unheard of in the pool business. I used Silver Travertine pavers on the patio and what a difference it made. The pool area is an Oasis for my family now and we still cant believe the transformation!!

The quality of the pool renovation was also top notch!! The plaster was prepped correctly and the crew that came to plaster was very experienced and did an amazing job. My pool was filled that day and has now cured.

We also solved a water drainage problem which had rain water pitching towards my house. We corrected the pitch using the pavers and installed a linear trough type drain that collected the water and sent it to a underground drain pipe I installed previously.

Finally legacy replaced my pump and intake valves which were leaking, and they provided the best quality equipment out there. It really is like having a brand new pool.

All in all, Legacy is an well established pool business and I found them to be responsive, experienced and flexible enough to customize my installation to my exact expectation. That's hard to find in today's world.

We recently had our 35 year old pool redone. We had the coping and tile replaced as well as resurfaced with Florida Pearl. We could not be more satisfied with the hard working professional crews involved in our project. We were kept informed of each step, and Legacy seemed to keep in mind that our job wasn't to small to lose track of among all the big jobs I'm sure they had going on at the same time. LEGACY POOLS FOR THE WIN. I can’t be more happy with the outcome of this pool renovation. I bought my home, so I decided to upgrade the pool and bring it back to life. I’ve always been a fan of the dark pools, and my pool was a light blue. They resurfaced the entire pool, redid all the tiling to match, as well as fixed and upgraded my pool lights to a bright color changing LED system. The outcome is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. This was a big project, and it was finished in less than 2 weeks! Highly I mean highly recommend this business. I attached pictures of before and after, as well as the lights at night time. Thank you legacy!

Matt was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I was having my fiberglass pool redone when it became clear that a full refinishing with modern resurfacing materials was needed. Matt’s pricing was fair, and the results speak for themselves—the new tile and surface look amazing! The only thing to keep in mind is that they’re in high demand, so scheduling may take some time. In my case, the delay was partly due to inclement weather, but it was well worth the wait.

If you are looking for Honesty and Reliability go no further because this is the company for you. I have been in South Florida for over 25 years and have never found such a wonderful company to work with. Matt is astounding. Customer service is A+. The workmanship is excellent. Pricing is reasonable and fair. I am not one to write reviews but this company deserves my praise. Absolutely wonderful.

We were so blessed to have discovered these guys. They did everything they said they were going to do, started sooner and finished slightly earlier. And we wound up with marble being inside of our budget because of their competitive pricing. As an added perk, everyone that worked on this project was fast, friendly, professional and often joyful. We got quotes from several different contractors, but all of them treated us more like a number on the balance sheet and a task of the day except Darren. Not only was he reasonably priced, but he was there every step of the way helping us plan and make decisions that worked for us without ever once making us feel like we were dealing with a pushy salesman. So much so that we decided to increase the scope of our project because the care being taken and the work being performed was top notch, and the crew’s attention to detail was excellent. We’ve only done the deck and pool finishing, but are even planning to update the equipment next and not even considering anyone else! Love the way this turned out!
