Once the carpet and pad were acquired, the installers were amazing and the result beautiful. Ordering it was the hard part. It took multiple trips to the local HD to finally find someone at the understaffed flooring desk or if there was someone then without a wait time of two to three hours. Then we had to find a second person to get someone who actually knew what she was doing. The instructions we got were conflicting - that the installer would pick it up at the warehouse or we would have to. It took several follow-up phone calls by us to verify which and it was the installer, not HD, who answered us that they’d picked all of it up. We were able to get the carpet we chose but were denied the pad we wanted when the choices were limited to one of three the installer preferred. So the end result is fine, but the process unnecessarily grueling.

Absolutely thrilled with my Home Depot window treatment—it looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and completely elevated the space. Jack was outstanding from start to finish: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was just right. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Laura, the lady that worked with me at Home Depot, was very kind and helpful. She walked me through all options for hot water heaters and put me in touch with Florida Delta Mechanical (Ciara) and their worker, Justin Toth, did an excellent job. Even though the process proved to be an expensive adventure, I sincerely hope all continues well. It's only been 2 days since installation, guess we'll see!!??
