Works by T removed all the floor covering in my house. The result was stunning. TJ completely remodeled 3 bathrooms including building a new walk in shower in the master. They turned out to be beautiful. I told him he was the artist and basically gave him free hand to show his artistic ability and he really did that. His creativity is absolutely awesome.
He was very consistent in being here when said he would be. He laid out a plan and time line and hit the mark every time. I highly recommend his organization if you want work done that is far from of the run of the mill tile work, this group is on top of the heap.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND- TERRIBLE !!!!!
As part of our house renovation, we contracted Innovative Works by T (IW) to install over 7000 sq. ft of tilework. On their website, IW “pride themselves in excellence and craftsmanship” but, in our case, they fell short from meeting our expectations already with the first 10% section of the job (outdoor patios). We feel obligated to warn any future customers. As can be seen in the attached selection of photos, their product included sections with uneven horizontal spacing, insufficient amount of tile setting material (especially along the perimeter), and uneven pitch resulting in the rainwater pooling in the center of the patio. Despite the initial agreement to correct these problems, IW exited the job without finishing, while collecting our deposit money as their payment and concluding that their product overall met the “industry standard.” This behavior contradicts their website promise to “deliver professionalism and completion with every job.” We had to hire a different company to correct the IW’s defective work, buy replacement tiles and setting materials, and re-do the project.

My daughter used TJ for her three bathrooms and was so impressed with his work. She had referred him to her friends and neighbors without reservation. There was no doubt who I would use when I discovered a plumbing leak in our bathroom that required a complete remodel.

TJ was able to demo the bathroom and did all the tile work. He was prompt, professional, and did such a beautiful job. His entire crew were great. He also works with a wonderful plumber which helped the job go seamlessly.

I highly recommend TJ and look forward to using him again in the future.

I have used Innovative Works by T for three different projects now and they are awesome!! TJ and his crew are quick, professional, always on time and their work is top notch.. you really can’t ask for much more. If you’re looking for the best call him now.

The two most recent jobs he did for me were undoing damage from a previous contractor who spot-mudded both bathrooms and made some critical mistakes. The result was tiles falling off the walls and a failed shower pan wrecking the house. They came out and removed all the old poorly built mess and built me two beautiful bathrooms.

There is a discounted 50% off landscape supply pile at the back wall of the garden center. I check it regularly. I've saved hundreds. My garden is awesome.

Laminate flooring was installed in three rooms over the course of a day and a half. The installer, Jose, worked entirely on his own and delivered exceptional results. His attention to detail, work ethic, and craftsmanship were outstanding.
The entire experience exceeded expectations. Jose’s professionalism and dedication clearly reflect the highest standards of the company, and he deserves to be formally recognized for his work.

Worst Home Depot I have come across. Paid for window coverings and paid for the measure/install as well. Installer noticed 2 defects and informed this Home Depot. Replacements were not ordered for more than a week and now have to wait another 3 weeks!

Floor Tile :
Wife and I had been looking for a floor tile for quite sometime. We happened upon a style we liked at the Gatlin Blvd Store. A salesman named "Todd" helped us order enough for 2 rms. and it was delivered. Prior to delivery we added another room and and Todd took care of it for us. Some of them came from another strore. We ended up with 2 different lot #'s. So we had to get that straightened out and get all from 1 lot. In the middle of all of this shuffling wife and I decided if we could get all of one lot we would add room # 4. We wound up with a garage full of tile and 2 different lots.
After several phone calls to "Todd & a gentleman named "Derrick", the mess had gotten straightened out to our satisfaction. We both want the Store Mgr. to know that had it not been for "Derrick & Todd" the problem might have ended in a cancellation. Those 2 employees we feel like went above and beyond to ensure we both stayed happy and received the same lot #. The tile is installed and looks great Thanks to their diligence to Customer Satisfaction and Home Depot.
