Fixed my ac unit at a reasonable price

Wasn't impressed. They didn't follow through on 2 things and prices were high/skeptical.

They came at the scheduled time and within a few minutes, they had my AC running again!

Had new home built and Builder used Leeper AirA they have been out 3 time and still master bedroom is 4 to 5 degrees hotter than rest of the house at night owner never will call you back and still not fixed and the AC technician is really good guy but company not so good so now I have to spend more money to get a real company to fix it

I would not recommend this company to any one. They installed a BRAND NEW unit in Nov 2016. We have nothing but problems with it. They have been multiple times and the problem still isn’t fixed. They keep telling us that we have to flip the breaker for 5 mins to reset it. Well am sorry, but in the summer you come home to a 92 degree house and winter down in the 50 degrees and you have a little baby that is UNACCEPTABLE!!! After a few weeks of the warranty running out, we called to tell the that the a/c is acting up again, that the problem was still not fixed they send a service tech out to yet again tell us the same things about the damn breaker. (Which never pops... they want us to pop it to rest it) to then charge us $258 for a service call. Well guess what they are not recieveing payment for my family. Because the problem still isn’t fixed!!!!! I have called the manufacturer of the a/c unit and they said that is not right, that i will have to contact another service agent. If i do not want leaped air. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if i could!

Awesome company. Quick, efficient, and they take care of their customers.
I had an issue after a repair, sent the tech back out to fix later in day.
Highly recommend.

They did a great job removing and replacing my A/C - heat unit at a great price. Definitely worth the time to talk to them if you need service.

So it’s 2 pm on A Friday, walk in the door to start cleaning for the arrival of our house guests “ family coming from Venice for the weekend “ and the house is 85 degrees. Called Leeper AC and Heating Marcy was so kind and told me if anyone comes back early she will send them out 10 minutes later she called back with he is on the way.
Tom shows up walks right to the problem. That’s what 32 years of experience will get you! changed the part and we’ll life is good and a house full of family and good times is still on. Thank you Marcy and Tom !! we are now a customer for life

It was one of the hottest days of the year and my air conditioner seemingly wasn’t working properly. Of course, I only noticed a potential
Issue on Friday evening. No matter. Mr. Leeper came out himself on one of the stormiest of Saturday afternoons to check my system and reassure me that all was well. I am most impressed by this response and I highly recommend this business to anyone!

Leeper a/c provides exceptional, affordable service. They have kept our older unit working well, beyond it's life expectancy. They have a wonderful technician named Tom who is truly one of the best, we appreciate what he does for us. When it's time to get that new unit we'll be buying from Leeper, they are who to call when having a/c problems. Thank you to Leeper & Tom for your great, affordable service once again. 5 stars
