My experience at Wool has been less than exemplary. The sales associate made several errors during ordering of very high priced (many thousands) Hansgrohe appliances. To add insult to injury, I was made to feel as if it was somehow my fault. Some of the items never arrived, and there was very poor communication regarding the eventual arrival waiting more than six weeks at times. They use a very outdated or inefficient system such that a refund has taken over one month to actually be credited with still no evidence that it has actually been credited. Three different phone calls had to be made regarding a simple refund. We live in 2026 and this should be instantaneous, not a 1 month process. This is unacceptable customer service.
