Overpriced...snooty sales lady...customer no service...
-
We came in with full expectations of purchasing multiple shower units for our house renovation. After 20 minutes of walking around and not being acknowledged, we asked if somebody could help us. They told us there was only one person working the floor even though there were three or four other people sitting in the office. We waited another 40 minutes without being acknowledged before we finally left. In the meantime, I overheard another customer asking the sales person what the differences between their toilets and the toilets at Home Depot that were $150. The sales person said “our toilets start at a minimum of $300 to $400.“ When the customer asked what the difference was, she said “ I can’t comment on the differences of the toilets.” So, I guess go here if you planned on being ignored for an hour, leaving with nothing, or purchasing things at twice the price with no explanation for why. Two stars because they had a nice selection of faucets. Definitely won’t be returning.

Unable to get help from sales person! She was busy with a client and I was invisible...walked around for about 30 minutes and left .

These people are outright scary and the store is filthy! Windows are smudged and smells humid inside. One employee looks like a very scary grandma Cruella Deville with half blonde, half black hair and full of tattoos!

This place is awful. My wife and I walked in and browsed around looking for several items and their 4 (perhaps underpaid and hence, bitter ) employees were all too busy with the TWO other customers in the whole store to even acknowledge us, after 20 minutes of waiting. When WE approached the secretary, she said all their employees were out to lunch but it was 3:30pm! The place also had really bad odor and their floor samples need some dusting!

I ordered with my sales woman Teresa 2 Delta touch activated faucets in luxe gold in the hefty price of $1800+. When they arrived they were in the incorrect finish and would take 6-8 wks for replacements as they were “on back order”. I couldn’t wait 2 months without a sink faucet and told them to return them and issue me a refund, they only refunded us $1600+ which took a full month to receive on my Visa. I happen to review my credit card stats and compare my receipt and called them to ask why I was not issued a complete refund. Their response was “we are going to look into it,” I explained I don’t care what the reason is I just want a full refund as they made an error in ordering the products, in addition to the error my sales woman created with misspelling my last name and causing them not to be able to find my order in their system for a week. Fortunately I ordered and got them from Ferguson within a week.
Businesses that do this kind of thing are really unprofessional and very underhanded, and need to be exposed. Pictures tell stories! Google removed my review for showing financial docs showing this. It took more plumbing until January 3 to finally initiate the final $195.38 refund. This was after I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Otherwise we got lip service from Teresa.

Waited 4 months for 2 Kohler faucets, finally came in and 1 was scratched. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They said “we will call Kohler and see if we can get them to send a new one” they couldn’t even be bothered, helping me to open the boxes to inspect everything when I came to pick it up. The parts person just sat there, barely spoke a word to me. I realize I’m just a single customer spending $1800 compared to their contractor to spend a lot more but I will never spend another dime here!
