HVAC reviews in Punta Gorda, Florida

Marty and his team are top notch! We receive a full report with pictures after each service. Highly recommend Air Docs!

These guys do a great job! We’ve used them on three separate projects and they completed the work in an excellent manner!

We couldn’t be more pleased with David’s ethic and quality of work. What a great guy. He makes it easy to welcome him into our home.

HUGE Shout out to Air Docs Inc. SWFL!
We woke up this morning to a flood upstairs coming from our AC closet that spread to both bedrooms on either side.
Marty is away but answered the emergency line on the first ring and had Manny out to help us right away. Manny was so thorough and explained that there are two sensors in place to prevent this from happening - one in the pipe and one on the floor in the pan. But, our AC unit was not wired properly so they did not trigger to shut off the unit and the water spread.
I have never used this company before today and from our first “hello” and everything that’s followed, we were treated like valued customers. 🙏🏻
I’m not one to post on here but a company like theirs deserves a shout out. And, I would hate for this to happen to someone else. Learn from my mistake (and Pulte’s) 🙃) and consider getting your AC serviced. I can’t recommend Air Docs enough.

A mini split coil in the garage developed a pinhole leak. A replacement coil would have taken 2+ weeks to obtain so I opted to replace the whole unit. Marty arranged for next day installation and did the work himself. My antique Jaguar can now tolerate the hot Florida weather. Highly recommend Air Docs and Marty’s whole team

Excellent service as usual. Beau was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend Air Docs!

Wonderful experience with Jeff and Air Doc’s! Second visit from Jeff on a maintenance follow up and really appreciate his thorough work. Provided helpful information and suggestions. I’m very with their customer service.

I have been using air docs for 3 years Jeff S. has been out to conduct maintenance a couple times and is always very professional, polite and very knowledgeable at his craft. Thank you sir.

Great service from booking to completion.
Jeffrey S. and Jeffrey M. went above and beyond!!!

We’ve had HVAC service and service plans for years in Atlanta. Never had technicians as thorough as Air Docs SWFL. Highly recommend
5 Stars

I had an emergency with my air conditioning very late one evening, and they called me first thing the next morning. They arrived on time, inspected the unit, and repaired it right away. Tyler McDaniel explained each step of the process. The service was excellent—very professional. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't have asked for a better service person. Tyler was great! He explained everything in detail which is what we like. Very polite, trustworthy, honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Loves animals.

Tyler did an awesome job, as usual.
He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and is very professional. He represents Air Docs very well and we are very happy that he is our A/C technician.

I can’t say enough good things about Airdocs. Marty answered the phone on a Thursday evening and talked me through a quick fix so we didn’t have to suffer through an evening with no AC. Another company would have put me through to an emergency line and charged me a service call to have someone come out for the quick fix he talked me through. He is a great guy and it shows by the way he runs his business.

David was a good tech. He was professional and personable. He had a happy disposition which is great to see in workers today. Thank you Air Docs.

Renee was AWESOME!
Helped me get a technician scheduled and ensured all my information was correct along with a few laughs.
Best first point of contact experience ever!

Air Docs came out for an emergency hvac situation; came quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. They also have done a full semi annual service on the unit and provided me with pictures of the work they did and showed me the technical details of the service. I had more information about the service than from any other company. They arrived on time, were very professional, and quickly completed the service. The technician, Jeff, diagnosed some minor things that will need attention in the future. I 100% do recommend Air Docs for prompt, efficient, fair and honest work.

David Militao did an outstanding job. Knowledgeable, Intelligent, Informative Personable. He took his time and explained everything. Thanks for sending your best employee. He is the kind of person that makes a company great! You need more like him!

Air Docs came out to clean our dryer vent and Jeff was very professional and even showed me before and after pics of the vent so I could tell they did a thorough job. Highly recommend!

David dropped in for my routine maintenance this morning
I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness! Some of my “checks” were off from Mnfr recommendations, but he offered some good suggestions and we’ll address them again in 6 months! No cause for alarm 😎

Beau did a wonderful job testing and cleaning our systems at our house and condo. We appreciate having the AirDocs team maintaining our heating and cooling units.

Air Docs have been great to work with this past year. Shout out to David Militao for being very thorough and explaining items to me in a simplistic way with pictures. Highly recommend using Air Docs and hiring such professional individuals.
