Worst service. I replaced a few things on the washing machine but still wouldn't agitate. The guy comes out. I tell him I think it might be the belt because it felt loose. He tells me there is no belt on this machine and I need a new washing machine. I explained to him I've had it apart a few times and literally had touched the belt that morning. He basically told me I was wrong and it doesn't have one. $82 later for a service fee and now I have to call someone else out. FYI...I pulled the front back off and there absolutely is a belt!!!

Tim came out twice and got a difficult fridge water dispenser issue fixed and replaced. Could not be happier!

Appliance Doctor Pro is dishonest and operates like a scam. Do not use them.

They came to my home to fix a broken ice maker and told me they needed to order a part. They asked me to prepay and said they would return in 3 days to install it. That was over two months ago, and they’ve never returned.

I’ve called multiple times, and every time they give the same excuse: “The part will arrive in 3 days.” It never does. They’ve taken my money, failed to complete the repair, and have not issued a refund.

Avoid Appliance Doctor Pro at all costs. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

They sent a repairman to fix my dryer and less than a month later it's still not working. I gave them all that money and still don't have a working dryer. Very poor service, promised appointment times and never showed up and didn't call or message to reschedule. DO NOT USE THEM!

Very thankful for the quick and efficient service. Our technician was quick and very honest about the issue at hand with both our dryer and ice maker. He helped show us what the issues were and explained the work that needed to be done and how to fix it. He was very honest and helpful.
