Disappointing. I asked if they worked on the brand of refrigerator that I have, as I've come to learn they are not that common (Italian Brand). I was assured by the person on the phone that they work on them and are familiar with Fulgor Milano's. So I made the appointment. The tech (Izzy) that shows up tells me he's never heard of this brand. I'm thinking I've been lied to. His diagnosis came with certainty. The power board needed to be replaced. BUT, the inverter board might also need replacing. We'd have to order the power board first and then we'd know if the inverter board needed to be replaced as well. I told him I'd think about it. Another company that's familiar with the brand came and diagnosed the issue. Only the inverter board needs to be replaced. So I was either lied to, again, this time, by Izzy, or it was completely misdiagnosed and would have been double the price as the power board is fine. Either way, I'm glad I did not use these guys.
