What an amazing job they did!! I am pleased with all the contractors that came out extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean! I have to give a huge shout out to Tom from the moment he came to do an evaluation he was honest, genuine and transparent. He lived up to the high expectations we were expecting!! Communication was amazing he made us feel like we were his only customer and a priority. Before we made a decision we had 4 contractors come out and Tom just stuck in our head. They are very reasonable priced for the work that is being done. Remember less price is not always better we have heard horror stories so greatful we made the right decision. We are very pleased with the new screen enclosure Signature Specialty Contractors designed and constructed for us. Mike and Heidi helped throughout the process keeping us informed of the design/construction schedule and helped solve an existing problem with the roof connection to the house. Today, we had the pleasure of having a lanai/screen room installed by this company. Our experience, from start to finish, has been seamless. The communication has been excellent, with salesman Tom, the office staff, and the crew all demonstrating a high level of professionalism. While I cannot yet attest to the durability, the construction seems solid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a lanai installation.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone representing Home Depot Services. I witnessed one of their employees driving like a complete menace—no turn signals, weaving through traffic, and even using the left turn lane as a shortcut to bypass a line of cars waiting properly in the right lane. Then, to top it off, they cut right back in at the front like everyone else’s time didn’t matter.

If this is how your employees act in public, it seriously reflects on your company’s standards and professionalism. Reckless driving like that isn’t just rude—it’s dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt if this is allowed to continue.

Good customer service they take care the customer

The ladies Robin and Debbie are the best.

DO NOT USE!! Got a custom sliding glass door installed in 2020, $7k. Doors caused enormous damage due to a serious leak and they refuse to remedy the situation.

I will go with a smaller local store from now on. The scheduling for a ceramic tile and laminate floor installation was coordinated so badly that parts of it were billed to me but not coordinated or scheduled. So frustrating! Half the time you are speaking to someone that obviously just started working there and doesn't know hardly anything. I should have cancelled before anything was delivered, now I'm stuck with it. The actual craftsman that install the flooring are great though, I want to stress that.

Do not use Home Depot for carpet. They are unprofessional and do not take responsibility for the work that they do. They installed carpet in our house and did not put any transitions in between the carpet and wood floors. Instead they are trying to tell us we need to go back to whomever installed the floors. That is crazy. The carpet people were the last ones to work on the house and this should be their responsibility.

I made the mistake of getting my flooring from home Depot had nothing but problems from them delivering wrong stuff to the carpet installer straight out lying the carpet installer left my back door wide open without a word to me left called the office told them my old carpet was covered in animal feces and they could not take out..when in fact that was a total complete lie there was a couple of old stains not animal feces at all..they just didn't want to install my carpet because they had to come thru the back and they were to lazy!! I recommend staying away from anything that has to do with home depot unless you just want headaches that's all they have caused me!!
