I contacted ServPro after having found a water leak in my home and they were one of the preferred vendors my insurance company recommended.

Being a remodeling professional myself, I really appreciated the 2 gentlemen I had working with me. Brian and Josh. They answered many calls, emails, etc throughout the difficult process of navigating with my insurance company on how to get my home taken care of.(my company does not mold remediation or water mitigation so ServPro was the obvious choice)

They have been very professional and polite and helped me finally get the demolition and remediation underway. We are currently working on the final stages of the demo.

I would highly recommend them.

Servpro is a fantastic company, Shawn and Lesley are the most wonderful humans!! Our washing machine leaked all over the garage at like 630pm. They were here in less then 40mins and had the water gone and fans set up in less than an hour and scheduled to come back the next day!! Very professional in every area. Can't thank you guys Enough!! A+++++ would recommend to anyone.

We are in the early stages of fire remediation with Servpro of Brandon & let me say, we are VERY impressed! We experienced a lightning strike and small fire in our attic. Thankfully our local firefighters were able to put it out quickly, but there's still quite a bit of mess and failing utilities. Within a couple hours of my call, Brian & Shawn already had the house boarded up (where fire dept had to break in to gain entry). First thing the next morning, they were here with fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to start the drying process to prevent mold. By the end of that day, they had already coordinated electrical and air conditioning contractors to come and we had power back up and A/C running within 30 hours of the initial lightning strike. Craziest thing of all... they made this all happen over Easter weekend, when most others would just put us off till the next work week. Kudos to Brian, Shawn, & the entire Servpro team for helping in this time of need. I'm very confident the rest of the cleanup & repairs will be done quickly, with quality and integrity. Double thumbs-up for these guys! 👍👍

Brian came out to my home to assess a issue i had pot smokers in my home . He took his time and explained everything in detail about his service and what needed to be done. He wasn’t pushy and very knowledgeable. Definitely appreciate his service one of best work of smoke & smell removal thanks

The small but unpleasant sewage problem in our store needed handling as soon as possible. Angie set the appointment and got back to me with answers to my questions very quickly.
When the pros arrived there were some initial time eating problems about where to plug in machinery. We had to find alternative locations for their equipment. Once the two pros were set up the job was done very quickly and well.
Two small areas were missed but that was because I didn't point them out accurately.
My only disappointment was a misunderstanding about the cost. I should have gotten an on-site estimate before the team started.
Do schedule time for filling out several forms and reading their contract which I hadn't anticipated.

I was in a crisis. My toilet in my apartment complex had overflowed causing water to spill into just about every room in my apartment. I had called my apartments emergency maintenance line over 15 times and no one answered . I called SERPRO and Shawn immediately came out with his teammates Shaun & Andre. They assured me that everything was going to be okay. They walked me though the steps on how the process would work . I stressed the fact that I can’t afford this but Shawn told me that he would fight with my insurance companies and my apartment complex for me !!! And worst case scenario he would just chuck it as lost. Words can’t express how good Shawn and his team made me feel and how grateful I am to have encountered this company ! I highly recommend these guys.

Brian and his team are life savers. They came same day to help me deal with a leak which caused damage to almost every room in my house. I have never had to file a homeowners insurance claim before and Brian was gracious enough to explain what I needed to do and when to do it. Had a second leak in my garage and again Brian sent a team over immediately to deal with that. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient! They really make it like it never even happened!

Very pleased with all staff members. Everyone has been very professional and provided me with excellent customer service. Tania was great! Want to thank Shaun and Andre for a quick and efficient estimate. My estimate waiving fee was waived, will definately recommend to my friends and family.

Unfortunate that I had to call due to rain storm flooding in my home but so very thankful for the rapid response. Shawn and Tim were excellent to work with. Both were very professional and explained what the process of drying everything out. Great team!

Servpro of Brandon/Riverview ruined the interior of my home. Remediated my home for water damage due to my washer/dryer and then turned it over to their contractors. Contractors called to say they couldn't put the house back together because there was mold on the ceiling so they weren't sure it was safe to proceed. When we entered the home, discovered the entire home was riddled with mold in every wall when it was isolated to a wall adjoining a bedroom/kitchen when we first started. Cost us a large amount of money to have another mold contractor gut the whole home/clean up their mess and they're ignoring their responsibility. Contacted the Operations manager Frank, filed a complaint with their corporate office and have heard nothing regarding making us whole after all of this.

We lost our home for 2 years, had to take out a substantial loan to gut and rebuild the entire home and had to throw out/replace all of our appliances. Their tag line was, it'll be like we were never there, I guess that's true, they figured out how to make it worse, as if they were never there.

This company and their people are 100% deserving of all raving reviews.
They showed up so quick.
But then don’t expect less from them.
Roland and Tim were phenomenal. They were careful with furniture and vases as if this were their
Own home.
I have been referring Servpro to all my own daughters for 20 years.
They each own homes.
They all have had an excellent experience and today it was my turn.
The very best and kuddos to Roland and Tim,,it helps that they are handsome!

(Service 4/15/19-4/18/19) My house was serviced for water damage mitigation due to a leak. The technician Rome was very professional and knowledgeable. The water mitigation service was quality work. No complaints there. However, i encourage you to ask for your bill to be explained. I only mention this because, there is an after hours additional charge that was not explained to me. Having an after hours charge is fine, but inform the customer so that they can
then make a more informed decision. Brian the manager helped with the billing discrepancy. He was helpful. The customer service rep Angie was getting defensive when I was trying to explain the situation. She could learn how to be more professional. Outside of that, my experience with ServPro Brandon/Riverview was a good one.

Andre & Shawn were both amazing in helping us with a terrible situation. Our dishwasher hose busted and flooded our house in a short amount of time. They were at my house within 30 mins and helped stop a bigger disaster from happening. The follow thru til the end was exceptional. Highly recommend them!

Shawn responded to a late night bathroom water leak that spread through the house. He was super responsive & extremely professional. He & Roland’s follow up, mitigation, clean up & work were excellent.

Leslie was amazing! Being a first time home buyer it is scary seeing mold in your house. He helped me understand everything I needed to know and was very pleasant. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends and family

No transparency !!!! They're not real clear when they give you the initial price that it's only for the cleanup or demo, it doesn't cover restoration. To pay by credit card there is a 4.5% service fee. I constantly had to call about final bill and restoration. you are better off finding a company who does all the work and is more transparent.

Eliana and Erin told me a lot about the business walked me through everything, they are awesome

Sean and his team were super responsive!! I called at 6am and they called me right back, came out 2 hours later, keeping me updated until they arrived. Top notch professional team took photos throughout as well. Highly recommend!

I was visiting my parents this weekend during a really bad rain storm. Within a few minutes water started pouring in under their doors. I told them to contact Servpro Brandon/North Riverview immediately. They had helped me previously with a flood loss at my own home and they did the same for my parents. They were there quickly and got things under control. Shawn's team did an outstanding job getting my parents house dried out and cleaned up. I highly recommend Shawn's team for any type of clean up.
