Shawn Tash and his team did an awesome job at my house with the remediation. All my questions were answered and they guided me at each step of the process. All the guys in his team are very polite and helpful. They were on time and got the job done very professionally. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for remediation.

We called SERVPRO on a Thursday morning the week before Christmas. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous. Within an hour they had a crew in our home. The crew members did a great job at explaining the process, which was great as we've never dealt with water damage issues before. They were very professional, thoroughly outlined the process and let us know what we could expect. We are very impressed and happy with their service. We hope we will never have occasion to need their services again, but if we do they will be our first call!

Servpro got out to our water damaged subfloor/ceiling immediately. They had the equipment with them and had us drying out that night. Shane and Greg were great to work with. They really knew their stuff and got us dried out and our issue remediate quickly with minimal interruption to our lives. Can't say enough about how good a job they did, their honesty and consideration for our needs. They seemed more interested in helping us restore our property than trying to hit a home run for their revenues. Much appreciated.

We had a flooding incident in our home recently and Brian with ServPro of Brandon/Riverview showed up within the hour and set up all necessary equipment to dry out the moisture that resulted from the flooding. Being our first time dealing with a situation like this, they made us feel at ease since they said that they would handle all services needed to restore our home back to its original state. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Shawn as he was professional, punctual, and quickly responded to our calls when we had questions regarding the process, he even dealt with the insurance company for us. They kept us informed every step of the way. Our experience with ServPro has been outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Shawn was very helpful and proficient in coming out to investigate the issue at our house. He made it in his power to come out to our house the same day I called and for that I’m very grateful. He gave us some great recommendations based on the damage he saw in our home and did not charge a fee to assess it. I will definitely be using him as a contact in the future should any issues arise with getting HVAC to fix the leak in our AC.

Shawn came out to my house to test for moisture in the bedroom where I had a busted pipe fixed. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me his professional opinion of what needs to be done. He didnt try to pressure me to have them fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I would call them again if services are ever needed. Top notch!

Alex and Devin were incredible. Alex started the process of getting my leak under control. Devin finished the work. Both were so professional and immediately put me at ease that the problem would be fixed. They explained what they were doing every time they had to come to my house. Routinely checked on the progress and made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They took the baseboards down and cleaned up the water, but never came back to re install the baseboards and expected me to pay before finishing the job. They even charge late fees. It’s been over 2 months now and I still have baseboards lying on the floor. I would avoid this company!

I called in and spoke with Frank and Devin. They were very helpful, and educated me on the process, and explained why an inspector may have been getting false positives for moisture at my house. Devin even came over same day to record more accurate moisture readings, which put me and my potential buyer at ease. He went above and beyond, and saved the day!!

JoAnne at Brandon service pro, has made our home restoration a positive experience. Joe has worked hard a to get us back to our home. We were kept informed of progress. I can not waut ti see the results.

The faucet in the master bathroom leaked and flooded the carpeting in the walk in closet. It was 4 feet by 8 feet of wet carpet. They showed up and put two large blowers in the room with a dehumidifier. They said it would cost $1440 to fix. I complained about the high price and they said it was to be sure there were no mold issues. When it was dry they took out the machines and cut two holes in the wallboard to inspect for mold. It turned out clear of mold. I called a few times wanting to know when they were going to fix the holes in my closet. Finally a supervisor called and said that the estimate on repairing the walls in my closet would cost another $1100! They're not real clear when they give you the initial price that it's only for the cleanup or demo, it doesn't cover restoration. I complained bitterly to the person who called me about the ridiculous prices and he explained that they have a lot of overhead. (See picture for the wallboard they wanted to charge me $1100 to fix) Never again.

The office admin Erin was super pleasant and helped me through the process of getting my home back together. The techs had great customer service and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend!!

Not good…based on a referral from State Farm, we trusted the folks at Servpro of Brandon/N Riverview to dry us out; but instead Brian J chose to soak us.

what Servpro of Brandon/N Riverview excels out is running up exorbitant and mostly unnecessary charges/fees

IMHO, ownership/management here IS the issue and would recommend not letting Brian J anywhere near your property or job site.

We had a pipe burst in our home. The night it happened I contacted several restoration companies. Not only was Servpro first to call me back (within 10 min of leaving my message) but they showed up within 30 min to start the cleanup and mitigation process. Throughout the entire process they have been communicative and responsive. They've answered all my questions and have been extremely helpful. They even made things right the one time something didn't go great on their part. They are highly professional and a company I wouldn't hesitate to do business with again, although I hope I never need to.

ServPro rapidly responded to my water mitigation issue after Tropical Storm Debbie. All the staff were helpful and Frank, the manager, personally came out to see the work being done. They are a first class operation and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Excellent work by a truly professional company!
