We have Stanley Steamer out every 6 to 8 months to clean our couch and rug. I’m always impressed with the communication, timeliness, and how they find ways to apply discounts. It’s hard to believe my 25 year old rug is in such great condition.

Miguel and Julio provided an excellent service! They arrived timely, explained all the details prior to starting the work and did a great job! They went above and beyond!

The technician Kirk was very professional doing his job. The rug cleaning was successful. The stairway was very dirty but now is cleaned again thank you to Kirk.

Outstanding! All was perfect…my initial phone call to Stanley Steamer to get pricing and appointment (same day!) went great. The system sent me text alerts with a confirmation and live tracking (seamless and very convenient!). Robert (Rob) showed up promptly, looked sharp, very professional - introduced himself with a friendly handshake and did an excellent job with precision and attention to detail. Our Technician today was Antonio. I gave him 5 Stars but he truly deserves "10 + Stars"! His customer service and knowledge of the services/products was exquisite. Our tiled floors, carpet and area rugs look brand new! The results are much better than I expected. Stanley Steamer is blessed to have him.

Staff is nice but quality of carpet cleaning is way below expectation. I will not be going with this company again for carpet cleaning. To add, it would be wise to have your technicians wear something to protect their shoes after walking outside to avoid tracking dirt on the carpet they claim has been cleaned.

I had a wonderful experience having my Mexican tile kitchen floor restored and cleaned. It looked better than new. Danny was very gracious and personable. He fully explained the process and what the results should look live with pics. I am very pleased with the results as this process was long overdue.

Jeffrey is the BEST at Stanley Steemer. He was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, and kind . He explained the state of my carpet , how to maintain it and explained the cleaning process. I highly recommend you ask for Jeffrey to clean your carpet & floors !!

I had my living room in a one bedroom apartment cleaned. The job was done in 30 minutes. I paid for the odor out plus, the carpet protector and a deep clean. My carpet is soaking wet hours later. I definitely overpaid for a terrible service.

Absolutely happy! We were about to decorate for the holidays and discovered a huge mildew stain under our couch where some framed prints had been stored and condensated. The tech was here so fast and did the best job ever! He was so nice and professional. Crisis averted!! Thank you so much!

*** do not leave women alone when getting service done*** Used this location numerous times for this house and couches and my previous houses through the years. Techs have always been great, until this crew, Oscar and Biston, shows up with an attitude. Made my wife feel uncomfortable from get go. Watched them on my cameras because I was not home. Not even sure why they send 2 techs when one just plays on phone all day? They clean my couch and they call my love seat a full couch to get an extra money? Um excuse me… look at your previous history no other techs have said this, same order. They have cleaned this couch no issue before. But because my wife is home alone not only are you going make her feel uncomfortable, your going change price on her because I’m not there? Sad because I’ve been using these guys for years and a regular. Lucky Im not home because I would have kicked this crew out. Never had an issue with a business servicing my residences with my wife home alone until now. I would highly recommend anyone considering this place stay away if there is going to be a woman home alone.

I'm so excited to tell you that I received Elso the first time! He did his job fast, and he let me know that it'll take about four to six hours for the furniture to dry. I waited until the next day, but, sadly, there were still a lot of smudges and a strong smell. Then, I got in touch with customer service, and the kind and considerate Christian was there to help and he scheduled a new visit.
Next day, Herley and Cody were such a delight! They were so professional and easy to talk to. They quickly figured out how to clean my sofa and loveseat, and they did such a great job! I'm so grateful to them; they really made a difference, and I'm so happy with the excellent job they did.

My house was badly damaged by Hurricane Helene and my tile floors were a complete mess from all of the tear-out and construction work. Harley and Cory came over and spent hours cleaning using a variety of chemicals and equipment. The results are fantastic and I feel that my house is back to new again! Thanks Harley and Cody!
