Our carpet was stained in multiple places where our new puppy had accidents in the house. Kelley, our cleaning technician, was prompt, professional, and very polite! He reviewed the service that I had requested online, to ensure that he knew exactly what we wanted to have done. I asked him if he had time to add on one piece of furniture, upholstery cleaning, and he was very accommodating. Upon finishing, he asked if I was happy with how the carpet looked, which I definitely am! He gave me follow up directions for the fastest method of drying the carpet. He also reminded me to be careful when walking on the carpet and then stepping back out onto the wood floor in the hallway, to avoid slipping. The price for the service was reasonable for all that we had done and it looks like brand new carpet! Thank you, Kelley, and thank you Stanley Steemer!

Stanley Steemer is a great company. The booking process was super easy and I was kept updated all along the way. Kirk was fabulous!!! He was knowledgeable and gave great advice as to the best thing to do with our area rugs. The carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing!!! Kirk did all of the heavy lifting, was courteous and explained everything that he was doing as he did it. Great job!!!!

Kaden was amazing and got our carpets and tile grout cleaner than I’ve ever been able to! He also suggested additional services I didn’t even know I needed when he got there for very fair prices, which was an added bonus. The house looks great and the service was easy to schedule, they got out years worth of pet stains and god knows what else from the carpets in under two hours!!! Kaden said he couldn’t work a miracle but the pictures say otherwise. Very happy with this service!!!

They came out same day I called & fit me in for a clean. They were in & out with in 2 hours & my office looked brand new. I hired the girls to come out to my house once a month because they were so efficient.
