Rodney was on time, incredibly courteous, and he diagnosed my problem within minutes. He gave me some excellent advice on how I can improve my maintenance routine and made suggestions on how often I should have a professional take a look at my equipment.

I cannot recommend Hot2Cold more highly, and Rodney was amazing. As I write this review, my upstairs is already coming to temperature.

We contacted Hot2Cold AC on 2/21 (Friday Morning) The sales Rep came out to provide a quote. We already knew we were going to need a new Air Conditioner & Air Handler. We told Troy that we had a $6000 budget for the new unit & he was able to make everything happen for $5400! The AC was then installed & completed on Monday 2/24. They removed the existing AC & AirHandler, Relocated & installed a new thermostat, & installed new AirHandler & Unit all in one day! We are extremely impressed with every aspect of the install, from customer service to the speed of completion was beyond our expectations. HIGHLY recommend this company for any & all AC Repairs/Replacements. Thank you guys for doing an Amazing job!!

Kody was very nice and explained everything well. He was able to quickly determine our issue to it fixed promptly.

I was able to schedule Rodney the same day to diagnose my problem. He did a great job. He figured out what was needed, gave me an estimate, determined that the part was in stock and we scheduled my repair for first thing the next day. Ricky came out with the part and replaced it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. A very positive experience!

We bid 5 contractors for a whole system replacement. Hot2Cold easily got the job. You can tell this company has great culture. Troy who gave us the estimate really showed concern for our situation. The nice lady Jenette, in the office was extremely efficient and communicative. Our installer Corey walked us through the whole process and was so professional.

Troy Andersen was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Solved all of our AC issues quickly. I would recommend him and Hot-2-Cold to anyone!

Bought a brand new HVAC System from hot2cold and they installed it within the past couple months. Has shut down repeatedly due to “clogs. This just after “maintenance” was apparently done. This weekend as we brought our new born son home, it was down completely again. Called hot2cold. Came out and said it was good to go. 1 hour later; system completely down again and unable yo get ahold of the company Now we are going on 3 days of having to pay for a hotel after dropping over 11k with hot2cold for our “new” AC. Very disappointed at the moment.

Corey was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Resolved the issue quickly and explained the problem thoroughly. Best service I've ever had and will definitely use this company going forward!

Troy was 12/10! Above and beyond in all aspects and then some. Troy made a lifetime customer with his work. People like him are extremely rare and hard to find these days. I will tell everyone about the service and Highly recommend if they need HVAC help, Troy is the man!

Hands down!!! The BEST people. James, salesman-ac expert, made sure that we were up and running. He helped me 3 years ago and due to some health issues, we had to hold off, fast forward to today, he didnt hesitate 1 second to get AC working with an old unit until we are able to discuss new unit options beginning of week. He communicated during a family affair (WHICH I WOULD NEVER REQUEST) but he was able to text and get everything going. I called office, Ray was amazing and was able to schedule repair technician on short notice, late in day on Saturday. They sent technician David, who was ABSOLUTELY 💯 amazing. He listened and went right to it and was soooo polite. We were up and running in no time. Thank you to the whole team today, late on a Saturday, summer day, and cared and wanted to get my family comfortable. They will definitely get the new AC unit buisness. That's a no brainer, it was the customer service that my family got today that will make us a customer for life. I'm in sales, as much as we hate for issues and problems to arise, its how they are handled that truly makes it a strong relationship with the vendor/customer. Wonderful service David was an excellent service technician. Bring it was the Friday after Christmas the experience was very pleasant.

Once again, Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning did an outstanding job and had our system up and running in no time. Kody was awesome and very knowledgeable. Wow, everyone hates to have a broken AC in 90° weather, Hot 2 Cold always shows up on time and is able to fix the problem. We have a maintenance agreement with them and they have never failed to deliver. Highly recommend this company.

David Martinez was very professional and a good communicator. He kept us informed of his arrival time and addressed our questions. He did an outstanding job with the annual routine hvac maintenance. We look forward to working with him and Hot 2 Cold in the future. We have a contract with the company that includes maintenance and a discount on service calls/repairs.

Wayne was amazing. Even though he could not fix my issue (not due to him but the previous company that messed up when installing my new unit) he really took his time to try to figure out my problem. He was able to make something work as I try to contact the other company to fix their wrong doing. Very through and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything. I will definitely use them in the future after I get the other company to fix their mistake.

An easy 5/5 stars. Our technician, Corey, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to make a same day appointment and the technician arrived within 3-4 hours! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Corey!!
