I love Eric . He's honest and always double checks the diagnosis. We thought we might need several repairs to our ac. After the power outages, more than likely it affects the ac. He sent out his guys and they looked through the system . It was their suggestion to have Eric come out and give it one more look. What I like about this company is they 3x made sure the problem before the charged us anything. The honesty of Eric and this company makes me happy they are our AC guys. 5 stars in my book. They will always be our guys. Thank you Eric.

Air-Ric’s is a small business company but super reliable and trustworthy. Eric who arranged the service call is very courteous and was able to set us up for a same day appointment right away. The technician, Sonny, who is Eric’s brother by the way show up on time and walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He was able to find the root cause of the issue in no time and ordered the parts for us which is still under warranty. So, we only need to pay for the service call of $89 which is very reasonable plus a discounted labor cost. To make a long story short, our non-cooling AC is back up running the following day and it is good as new again! We are so happy and satisfied with the service quality and the overall experience. Sonny is a real pro! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend Air-Ric’s Air Conditioning and Heating for all your A/C needs. My blower motor went out on my Carrier AC I called bayonnett the original installers and they couldn't come out till Sunday and its Friday after noon. I saw another review on air rics and gave them a call. Gilbert was amazing even stopped by to double it was the motor before warrantying out the original one. They have me back up and running in less than three hours before our house got too hot. Gilbert is amazing!!

Professional and courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Can't say enough good about this company. Eric even left us a portable unit to get us by until the replacement could be completed. He left it for us even though we told him we were getting other bids. Truly a class act!

From Start to finish Eric was Prompt, informative of scheduling availability, flexible with my schedule and extremely professional..

He was always willing to explain his process to us and was extremely neat and tidy in his work which is very uncommon amongst air conditioning companies..

He also helped us with finding our load calls by referring us to someone he knows who also delivered stellar customer service and both of them worked with the county to submit and handle all paperwork and questions that came with this project.

Sonny and Eric are awesome. They do a great job and are very upfront with our system’s needs. Our A/C has been running great since they started servicing it last year and they are quick to stop by when there’s an issue. They are some of the most honest guys in the business! Eric was excellent. He gave me some helpful hints over the phone first to fix my issue with the condensate line. But it was clogged so I needed him to come out. He’s very professional and upfront about what is wrong with your system. We had Air-Ric’s install a new air conditioning system and completely replace all of our ductwork—and it was the best decision we could have made! Eric, Sonny, and their entire team were professional, polite, and their workmanship and attention to detail are truly second to none.

Before, our ductwork was too small, which left the bedrooms hot and stuffy with almost no airflow. Now, every room in the house is cool, comfortable, and has excellent airflow. We also upgraded the air handler, increasing its size by half a ton, which has drastically improved the system’s efficiency.
