Excellent company in more ways than one. Richard and staff were punctual, did everything they said there were going to do, and were extremely knowledgeable. Our daughter's room upstairs has been hot for years. As you walk up the stairs you can tell a significant temperature difference making her room very uncomfortable. I explained to Richard that with this new AC, we wanted to address that issue. He came to our house and evaluated our duct system, along with the size of our house and other factors and made his recommendation. He and his staff even installed a wireless thermostat upstairs to communicate with the main thermostat to keep her room cooler. What a difference! After the install, my husband tried to adjust the settings and likely messed something up. I reached out to Richard and without hesitation, he volunteered to come back to the house to make sure everything was set appropriately. I am very happy we decided to go with R&R AIR Solutions. I would 100% highly recommend this company and I am not an easily impressed. Nice to know there are reputable people out there that care about what they do and the job they do for others.

I just have to say what an amazing job Richard and his crew did on our AC units. Between getting us the right units, both high quality name brand and giving us a great deal, they went above and beyond our expectations.

They showed up on time and ready to work, systems started right up and cooled down our house instantly. Compared to everyone in the Tampa Bay area, they blow them out of the water with how affordable they are, with Quality work and equipment. Thank you again!

Contacted them online on a Sunday with a leak issue. Received a text very quickly with an appointment Monday morning.

They arrived promptly at 10am and quickly found and corrected the issue.

I signed up for their semi annual maintenance program for $150 per year and that covered today’s services.

Invoice and payment were easily completed online making the entire experience fantastic. No overselling or anything else of concern.

I now know why the were so highly recommended.

Richard and Noah showed up at our home well before the appointment time and diagnosed our problem quickly. We had received quotes and diagnosis from other repair specialists as well, however Richard and Noah guaranteed the repair as well as any problems that may or may not have been missed. It is extremely hard to find that kind of customer service in this day and age that doesn't have additional dollar signs 💰 💰 attached to it. They both worked diligently to repair the situation and were very professional and personable. Due to good fortune they were able to receive the part the same day and returned in less than 2 hours to repair our air conditioning unit. Thanks to the two of them, my wife and I can prepare for this blistering summer ahead of us. Thanks R&R Air and a special thanks to Richard and Noah.

Excellent Service!

My A/C shut down on July 4th. I had contacted a previous company which after confirming the appointment, did not show up 2 days in a row. I went ahead and contacted R&R Air Solutions and immediately I felt like they were going to take care of me. Noah assured me in the call that they would assist me. Next day, he was here as stated in the call and fixed the part. The A/C however, did not turned on properly. I called Noah again and he came next day 7:30am and fixed it right away.

I’ve used this company for years, and Richard and Noah are the most trustworthy guys in the business. I had an air-conditioning company come out on an emergency call and tell me that the coils needed to be replaced on my system for $2500, so I asked R&R to come out to give me a second opinion. Turns out there’s nothing wrong with the coils and the a.c. only needed to be serviced.

Amazing service and responsive. Noah came out and assessed the issue immediately. The previous company put parts back incorrectly. Its great to have cold air again! I will use R&R again.

I had an issue with my AC and it went out during the weekend, they came out and diagnosed issue with my condenser, first thing Monday morning he came with a part and perform the replacement. Richard is very knowledgeable an experienced. Arrived before schedule time, very professional. Good communication and great price. Will be giving his number to my friends.

I found R&R in 2020 when I was shopping for a complete system replacement. I was so happy with the professionalism, friendliness, service & installation that I continue all semi-annual maintenance services with them and hope that I never have to shop around for a different service again. One of the best experiences I've had dealing with an a/c company. I called and spoke to Richard, after explaining my situation he came out within 15 mins to take a quick look without asking for anything. After talking, he understood my situation and offered to have the work done asap because my system had been down and the upcoming weather was going to be brutal. We set a time for next morning. He showed up right on scheduled time we agreed to and completed the work quickly. Very friendly and professional. He really seemed like an honest technican that cared about helping me rather than himself. You can't find people in this line of service work like that. Most are out just to get as much as they can from you and could care less. He was reasonable and I will be doing business with this company in future. I can't recommend this company enough.

I arrived back in area after being up north. My AC was not working and it was over 90 inside. R & R agreed to come look at it. Noah called and after another customer he came out. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I m happy to say I m comfortable and enjoying my return to Florida

Called at 6:45pm and they were at my house by 10am the next morning. Was getting a second opinion. I was initially told by another company I needed to replace the unit. Turns out they were able to fix it and at a cost that was significantly, over 12k, less than the other company wanted for the replacement. Not only that, the final cost with R&R was $165 dollars LESS than their initial quote. Great service and most importantly, an honest company.
