R&R did an amazing job installing a new AC unit in our home. Our technician, Richard, tried his best in trying to keep our 17 year old unit to keep working but it was that time to replace it. Richard gave us several options and was very helpful in answering all our questions, even after hours. When the time came to install the new unit, Richard and his team were very considerate in doing their work while my wife needed her space to work from home. After the job was completed, Richard checked up on us to make sure everything was working fine. Highly recommend them.

Our electricity had gone out and it was restored, but the AC was not working, so I called R&R. It’s Friday afternoon on a hot summer day and I was concerned that we wouldn’t be seen but the serviceman arrived an hour earlier than was projected. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and told me my AC was actually working and for him it did work! So he checked the unit outside, set the thermostat temperature, date, and time on the inside and then checked and cleaned things connected in the garage. Rather than a costly repair, we got an annual maintenance and an honest service call. We will be calling again next year for maintenance.

A/C not cooling. Son, in commercial HVAC business, recommended Richard on Sunday. Called on Presidents day (Mon). Richard and Noah in and diagnosed issue by 9a.m. Tuesday.
Noah completed coil replacement by 1300 on Wed. Amazing! And we are a fair drive up in New Tampa. Professional, cordial, and competent. My new a/c go to guys.

As always, Noah did a first class examination of our system, washed the coils, and offered suggestions about how to make the system last longer. He was very professional and personable throughout. I'm certain to keep using R&R.

As soon as my husband and I contacted Eric (who was referred by the neighbors in a prominent neighborhood) and relayed our concerns regarding our AC, he was at our house in less than 10 minutes in the pouring rain. I was in awe at his willingness to help us. Air-Ric's did a fantastic job. He took the time to inform us of the causes and show us what needed to be done. He walked us through the differences between a gas and electric unit so we understood everything and the differences in maintenance needs and frequency. He even took the time to give us tips on restoring the A/C when the capacitor was dying since they were booked for that evening and he wouldn't get to us till the next day. He was right on-time and was prompt in his service. The prices were fair and he had a fantastic attitude. The job was done and did it well. We are very glad we picked this local business for our A/C needs and hope our community keeps supporting these fantastic local businesses.

Eric from Air-Ric's was GREAT! He serviced our A/C and repaired a problem we had with the condenser. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He's extremely professional, observant and kind hearted. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable , and patient. He was able to diagnose and fix at a fair and reasonable price. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the use of my 12 year old AC.
