Our house in Panther Trace turned into an oven yesterday afternoon, and trying to keep three dogs cool in the brutal summer heat was becoming a nightmare. I noticed water pooling right around the base of the air handler inside. Brian showed up quickly and was mindful about making sure the gates stayed closed so the dogs wouldn't get out. He straightened a bent evaporator fin and flushed out the drain line that was causing the backup. The whole fix was handled calmly and the house was freezing again by dinner. Glad I called this HVAC company and will use them again for any AC issues.
