Michael was awesome! I was lucky to have Michael come and address the issues with my ac, he was very knowledgeable and also very informative on best practices to extend the life of my system. I had another AC Company come out and try to upsell me on purchasing a whole new system, but Michael was very straight forward and let me know with the correct maintenance and cleaning my system would have plenty of life. Definitely going to go with Timely air conditioning for any future services.

I Love the way Shawn was up front and honest and his professionalism!!! He made sure I was aware of the real problem vs what another HVAC companies suggested I needed. Very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain in detail and show u personally what needed to be done!! Shawn and his assistant Dak was Definitely a Blessing to work with.

All the praises to Shawn for getting our AC back up and cooling!! This Florida heat is no joke! Our AC crashed on a Saturday night; I called Shawn, got an immediate response and he was at our house within 2 hours. Not even an hour later he diagnosed our problem, explained all our options and got it fixed. He was even able to save us a few hundred bucks from the original quote. Shawn showed up real quickly when our AC was out for a couple days. He was recommended from a friend and he was able to fit us in when he found out we were without A/C for a couple days. When he came out he was able to get us up and running pretty quickly. He was extremely thorough with his service and repair. Another thing that really made us feel comfortable with him was that he explained exactly what he was doing and was patient with our million of questions. He showed a lot of compassion and patience. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

This was my first time using Timely air conditioning and can only say good things about them. My tech, Michael was very professional and extremely nice. He even hosed down the back patio where he was working. I will definitely us this company again, and will refer my friends.

Shawn serviced my AC today. I appreciated his honesty and he also educated me how to do some simple routine maintenance.

My A/C randomly went late on Sunday and I was surprised I was able to actually talk to a person to schedule someone to come out and check it out. I was more surprised that I was able to get someone the next morning on Memorial Day!

My tech was Shawn Nimoh and he showed up a bit earlier than the time window I was provided, which I was very happy since I expected it to be towards the end of it. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and showed me what the issue was, which was a bad motor blower. He made a bunch of calls trying to find a replacement and luckily he did, considering it’s a holiday.

All in all, the total time was probably shorter than the expected window I was given just for him to show up and now the A/C is working as expected. I say this because other companies I have used for lesser issues had multiple day turnaround times, so you can bet I’m calling these guys in the future if I have any other issues.
