We are extremely pleased with the service, quality and communication from Florida Groundskeeper. The team is highly responsive (which is hard to find these days!) in all communications with us and worked quickly to address all of our needs. Immediate repairs to our sprinker system were reasonably priced and successful after having 4 sprinkler companies out previously that were unable to correct the issues. In addition, they were very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending changes to how and when we were watering to an optimal fit for our landscaping. Finally our lawn and landscaping is getting appropriately watered - and it shows! In addition, we engaged the team to completely redo all of our lighting in the front of our home from transformer to equipment. Our home now is lighted elegantly with magazine-quality. The team was also supportive in taking over our ongoing maintenance and we are extremely pleased with those services as well. We look forward to working with Florida Groundskeeper on future projects - pool and outdoor area (with a kitchen) is on deck next!

David and his team are EXCELLENT! Helped us develop a beautiful landscaping package and stayed in constant contact with us. Also ended up using his irrigation division to fix all of our sprinkler systems. I watched them work and all were extremely hard workers. Came promptly every morning and did all that hard work in this crazy FL heat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great landscaper. I sent David, the owner of Florida Groundskeeper a text on a Sunday afternoon. I just noticed that water was actually gushing out from underneath our sod and washing soil out into the street. David contacted me first thing the following morning and came over as his third stop of the day. He was very polite and replaced a sprinkler head and some pipe at a reasonable price. He even shoveled the soil in the street back where it belonged, under our sod. He also adjusted a couple of sprinkler heads for us. We finally found our irrigation company!

David and his team are amazing! David was quick to come to my house, give ideas and provide an estimate with 3D drawings. I didn’t have to wait weeks or even days for this information either. His proposal was gorgeous, and I loved the plants and trees even more once they arrived at our yard! His team is terrific! The team worked quickly to remove old sod, lay new irrigation, lay grass and plant bushes and huge tree. I was amazed that they worked so late on day one just to get the sod down. They had a delay early in the day because the forklift broke while loading fresh cut sod onto their truck. Did that delay or cancel the project for the day? Nope. They hustled to load the sod onto the truck by hand and worked just as hard to make sure all the fresh cut sod was in my yard before they called it a day. On top of it all, the gentlemen were so polite and friendly. Amazing experience. Would use them again! Update: used them a few months later for another project and they were just as great! Hard working owner and team. They all worked fast and gave honest feedback. Will use them again!

David and his team were very professional and responsive to our requests. Michael went above and beyond to ensure the irrigation system was working properly and that the timer was adjusted based on the needs of our lawn. David is very knowledgeable about the Florida plants which helped a great deal in selecting the right plants for our front yard and walkway. My husband and I would highly recommend The Florida Groundskeeper.

We had Florida Groundskeeper install landscape lighting. We had family coming into town and were anxious to have the work completed before everyone arrived. David was fantastic. He expedited the job and had it done in plenty of time. His crew were on time and very dedicated to doing a great job. Would definitely recommend Florida Groundskeeper for landscape lighting and all your landscaping needs.

My wife and I had a great experience with David. He came out designed our new landscape out front and the install went smooth. He also had to complete a fair amount of irrigation repair due to not being installed correctly . Michael was excellent for those fixes.

David did an awesome job advising me on options. He worked with me on getting my current system back up and running. I would highly recommend and will always use him for our landscape lighting repairs and system design. Don’t waste time shopping around just use these guys!

I'm so happy! I called for a quote & mentioned what someone had recommended to repair for my sprinklers. From the 1st call he was educating me on the difference in the quality of the brands recommended vs his recommendations and the need to come in person just to check himself if those recommendations were even necessary. We set up an appt just to check it out. Texted before he got there, arrived on time, checked them out and I didn't even need the replacements recommended!! Saved me a bunch, was quick with the repairs I did need, and professional. Already recommended to my cousin and will continue to do so. Thank you!

We contracted Florida Groundskeeper to install landscaping in from of a very long fence in the front yard. David was prompt responding to our request, listened to what we pictured, and worked with us to come up with something we loved within our budget. He worked with our current irrigation system and installed what the garden needed as well. He was able to provide everything for our HOA approval. Once we got the green light they came quick and had the project done in less than a day. I would highly recommend this company. We are very happy! Thank you David and crew!

David carefully reviewed our current lawn sprinkler system and provided creative solutions to reaching all plants in question. He provided our quote as promised and performed the work immediately. Florida Groundskeeper did a great job with our irrigation. Highly recommend. David was recommended to me by my neighborhood Facebook page. We were able to get him out the same week that I called. He spent time figuring out what was going on and gave options on how to correct it. He did the work the same day and was very professional.

UPDATE: Unfortunately David's response is a misrepresentation of our discussions. My house does not have gutters around the roof. The only gutter is on the sides of our pool screen with downspouts in the back of our house. David never offered to add drainage for them and only comment was if I added gutters on the side of my house it probably wouldn't help the issue between my house and the neighbor. The time he came to look he pulled up a podocarpus and there was water. But I also mentioned that it had rained the entire night before. I asked him what could be done and he offered no solution for additional drainage and said maybe I should plant bamboo. The company (his friend's company) he suggested to come out and look at the landscaping first sent a guy who didn't even know what podocarpus were. I had to show him. The second guy came and said it could be diseased plants, bugs, or possibly too much water. It wouldn't have been watering from me, because at the time my irrigation system was OFF. I have spent time with my neighbor improving some possible drainage issues and another company has since helped also. I have also had some new podocarpus installed at a fraction of the cost. The border mentioned is missing the spikes in many places causing it to rise up. I have been fixing it myself as needed. I have a right to express the facts and update my review whenever I want. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I think David's indignant response is a revealing indicator from a customer experience. Someone saying they are disappointed is "slamming" him? I was always polite when requesting his follow-up and believed he would be fair. I never demanded "free" just simply "help your customer and suggest a solution". After the last time you were here I asked you to get back to me with what you could do to replace the plants and you said ok. I waited almost 3 months without a response and then updated my review.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I had some design ideas regarding landscaping around our pool and backyard. I met with David and I liked his ideas much better. For the most part they delivered the plan that was presented. David and his team were helpful with their input and fixed a few issues with the irrigation system. But disappointed in the lack of follow-up or even willingness to offer a discount to replace plants that died within 3 months of planting. I hired someone else to correct some drainage issues that they didn't offer to do. The metal landscaping border that was installed is already coming out because it wasn't secured or put in deep enough in spots.

David was absolutely Great! We had the irrigation system adjusted,cleaned, changed and added sprinkler heads. He completed the job in one afternoon and then ensured everything was to my satisfaction before wrapping up. I strongly recommend using him for all your irrigation needs.

Contact David wow was out on town on vacation. Took my call and made contact with personnel that called me and ca.e by the next day. The service is excellent and rapid. I was impressed by the immediate response and service and indicated to David as a new home owners were in FL, the have become my preferred sprinkler service friend. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
