This was my first time calling on Florida Groundskeeper as we had encountered an issue with our irrigation system. Owner David McLaughin, a highly knowledgeable professional in all aspects of landscape design, management and maintenance, immediately recognized the problem, and promptly sent his staff to troubleshoot and remedy the issue.
The issue was fully and rapidly resolved to our satisfaction. David took time out of his busy schedule to make a personal visit with us the next day to meet us, and to ascertain that we were satisfied with the work.performed. I highly recommend David and Florida Groundskeeper to anyone in need of irrigation system installation or repair, in addition to landscape design, installation and maintenance, landscape lighting and so much more.

David and the team at Florida Groundskeeper did an outstanding job on designing and completing our front landscaping. The design program gave excellent 3-D style views of the suggested landscape with the ability to modify in real time. David was able to work within our budget and was overall very reasonable on pricing. Removal of the old landscaping was quick as was the installation of the new materials despite a hurricane disrupting life in general. We are very pleased with how it all turned out and we would definitely recommend Florida Groundskeeper!

David and the team were outstanding. Communication was clear and lightning fast. I really appreciated being treated like a person and a valued client, making sure what I wanted/needed was understood, and the work was able to be done quickly and professionally. Great experience with this sprinkler company! They did excellent work, were very responsive to all my questions, and even came back to check on a few things after the job was done. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

Florida Groundskeeper was highly recommended by my nephew, so I scheduled an appointment to have David out to assess my irrigation system that I knew needed some work. After David provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done along with a price, I agreed and he and his tech began working immediately. They replaced some nozzles, capped sprinkler heads that weren’t needed, and installed a new timer that I can control via the Rain Bird app. Professional and excellent from start to finish - thank you!!!

Words cannot express how happy I have been with David and his crew. From the initial design to the implementation, they have gone above and beyond. Even when the weather did not cooperate, they made it work.
David’s crew was professional and respected my property. They always picked up after themselves and kept me informed on what they were doing and where we were in the process. They were also very fairly priced!!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They broke our back flow preventer in our lawn costing us almost $1500 in county water bill and expenses and the owner, David, has yet to refund our damages. I would never recommend this company. Save your money and the headache! I was a fool for believing all of the good reviews.

Not a problem. For a someone who is big on integrity and threats I can’t help but notice how you still refuse to accept the fact that you’re trying to have someone pay your entire water bill, including your personal water consumption.

Don’t worry, the insurance company investigators will reach out to you personally and sadly you’ll find that nobody will pay for your personal water too.

Lastly, my attorney will be reaching out to you for libel. Thankfully I have much better documentation than you. Best of luck and perhaps next time, you should take a much different approach than trying to bully people and companies. Goodbye and good riddance, also you still owe me money Ms Integrity.

We had a fantastic experience with Florida Groundskeeper for our landscaping project after a new pool install. David and his crew were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from start to finish. In addition to the beautiful landscaping, they installed a new irrigation system and landscape lighting, which really brought the whole yard to life—day and night. The layout complements the pool perfectly, and everything was done with care and precision. The team worked efficiently and kept the area clean throughout the process. Fast service!! David and his team built the foundation for my new backyard tropical islands so unbelievably quick! In a matter of two days, I was able to start my tropical garden journey with two Triple Christmas Palm trees and two double trunk Pygmy Palm trees, including modified irrigation lines to make watering easier. David and his team were very courteous, professional, and extremely careful about executing the design plans. I highly recommend Florida Groundskeeper for any future landscaping projects!!

Florida Groundskeeper did an excellent job with our project, a pool build. We were pleased from start to finish. David worked with us to design the landscape and lighting. We were happy with both and the lighting really brought the pool and landscape to life both day and night. His crew is fantastic. Florida Groundskeeper did an excellent job in completing my project which was an extensive front yard upgrade.
David worked with me to design the project, establish requirements, and complete the project on time.

The crew was very helpful in getting my sprinklers adjusted. Even when I needed them to come back for one Sprinkler they didn’t hesitate and I asked to be educated on how to adjust the rotor Sprinkler and he explained it to me and now I’m educated on it. They did a great job! Thank you.

Florida Groundskeeper was hired to replace the lawn for the entire perimeter surrounding my home. It was a tall order which took several days to complete, and I could not be happier with the results. The lawn installers were diligent in completing the job despite the heat during installation, and their team leader, Ignacio performed his due diligence in ensuring that the work was properly executed. He also installed the Rainbird irrigation system and gave us a tutorial on how to operate the auto sprinklers for different scenarios. I am very pleased with my new lawn and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. A special thanks to David for his tireless efforts in ensuring an excellent job at a reasonable price. Dave responded quickly and deployed Anthony and “Nacho” out to assess a problematic leak I was having in my valve box. Within minutes they diagnosed and resolved my problem! Wow! Definitely not used to that kind of customer service and experience these days. I highly recommend this locally owned company.

David McLaughlin provided us with superior quality workmanship. Our house looks spectacular with the lights as he recommended. He then took the time to explain to both my wife and I how to operate the lights and change colors. Very simple system and easy to understand. His crew was very polite and courteous. He also provided us with much needed flowers for our landscaping. We highly recommend Florida Groundskeeper for both lighting and landscaping work.

We just completed our project with David and his crews. Project turned out longer than we predicted due to our pool build delays but David was patient and helpful through the entire process, from design to construction. We needed everything from irrigation remediation & reconstruction, landscape design and implementation, and final sod work to complete the project. While the pool project is stressful as it is, we thought the irrigation, landscaping, etc. would be just added stress.

This wasn’t the case.

Dave was very easy to talk to regarding our wants. He even offered us some options we didn’t even think about. Aside from the landscaping, he installed some lights around our cage and it’s definitely something I’m extremely happy about the most.

Needed landscaping/curb appeal done in a short time-frame, and he came out and said he can help us out and get it done for us. Clean up was great, quick and efficient. Very pleased and now will be in contact for anymore jobs in the future.
