Dewey showed up on time, was polite & professional, and wasn't bothered by me hovering around as he did his job & I asked him questions. We had our garbage disposal replaced & a wax seal replaced on our toilet. He also cleaned up his work areas fairly well.

I recently contacted Crofton plumbing for drains backed up. I was quoted a price. The technician came out and worked 1 1/2 hours. He billed me what I thought was high. I called the customer service and my bill was corrected. In the morning I showered. The water still didn’t drain. I called the company the next day. They sent a supervisor and he corrected it. He did not charge me. This is an amazing company to work with. I give Crofton plumbing the highest review. I will definitely spread the work and recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. John was so kind and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful when it came to a solution.. I needed a new hot water heater, and he was able to coordinate things with my painting and drywall contractor before putting the new heater in. I have used this company in the past for lots of Plumbing needs, and they never fail to deliver excellent service!!! Thank you!!!

Dewey was great. Arrived within an hour of calling with a broken outside spigot. Was polite and worked quickly to resolve the issue. He made sure everything was ok when the water was turned back on.

We hired Crofton’s Plumbing to do a complete re-pipe of our Sun City home. Their price was competitive, and their service was excellent. Terry and Jamari went above and beyond to make sure that the damage was minimal—especially to the master bathroom wallpaper, with only one small opening behind the mirror. They were quiet, polite, tidy, prompt and knowledgeable. We received a signed off permit the day after they were done, and their drywall crew did an excellent job of repairing the few small openings that were necessary. I was absolutely dreading having to do this and it went MUCH better than anticipated. They clearly know what they’re doing and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’d hire them again in a New York minute.

I am new to Florida and moved into Kings Point in December 2024. Having been born and raised in Chicago proper, one can become somewhat callous and begin to expect very little when dealing with companies—let alone people. Working with Crofton’s Plumbing has been refreshing, to say the least.

From my initial phone conversation with Tonia and her prompt, caring response to our situation, to Jon arriving on site ready to diagnose the issue and provide excellent service, and finally meeting Matthew today, who stood ready to do whatever might be needed—every interaction has been outstanding. “Wow” is truly the word that comes to mind.

Although the leak is still under investigation and may ultimately fall under the responsibility of our irrigation team, Crofton’s Plumbing has been ready and willing to see the job through from the start. There is no need for us to contact any other plumbing company—Crofton’s Plumbing will always be Highgate II’s plumbing provider.

Crofton's Plumbing (formerly Howie's SCC Plumbing) outstanding. Have been using for years and always request Dewey (Master Plumber). He is professional, personable, competent and meticulous. Today, I had a new Kohler toilet installed. Past jobs by Dewey: new Kohler 60/40 kitchen sink; new bathroom porcelain sink; new Rheem hot water heater. Excellent family run business.

Crofton’s Plumbing has sent Dewey to my home twice for different issues. He is very thorough, explains the issue and repair cost, then gets the job done quickly. I won’t call any other plumbers.

Our recent dealings with Crofton Plumbing & Drain could not have been better. From their courteous & helpful receptionist we received a same day appointment. The technician Matt arrived on time and we had an informative and comprehensive discussion about our non-working hot water tank. He was well versed, knowledgeable and was able to articulate clearly all of our options. We agreed with his assessment and in less than 24 hours he was back with a brand new hot water tank, which he proceeded to install in a very professional manner in just a short amount of time. From start to finish, we were very happy with this company and in particular the skill of Matt. We highly recommend Crofton's plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Dewey from Crofton's just replaced a leaking outdoor valve. He did a great job and we were very pleased. He will also get us a quote and possible replacement for our shower. Very nice Dewey!

It's great to be able to have a good, honest plumber like Dewey, from Croftons Plumbing be available to help when issues come up. Dewey helped us previously and came back to help with a water heater drip and shower water pressure issue. He was careful not to make a mess, and did a great job on the work. We are 110% satisfied and will request Dewey for any future needs.

Crofton's Plumbing & Drain Solutions repaired a major failure/burst open main pipe in the back yard of our condo over the New Year's holiday 2025. M.D. and his crew worked diligently so our water would be shut off for as little time as possible.
The county then worked to fill in the hole more than 6 feet deep. The county left shovels, debris, "danger" tape and stakes, and flags all over the area for 6 weeks and never returned. John from Croftons Plumbing came over to the site and cleaned up all that the county left behind. He surely didn't need to do that. It was kind of him to do so! Randy came to the site to assess the situation and find a way for the county to come back and finish smoothing out the mol 15 feet of dirt. I can't belive that a company like Crofton's would clean up the eyesore and help a senior when it wasn't their responsibility! Thank you so much!
I don't know the cost of such a project because the condo association is the onebring billed.

Dewey did an excellent job. He was professional with an excellent personality. Our son who lives in Sun City Center was impressed with him and will be getting him to do some work for him. We have given his name to a neighbor who will be having him do some work also. We have another project and will be requesting him for it.

Ivy Plumbing has done work for us several times. John is honest, dependable and does a great job and is reasonable! We ran into an issue this weekend and called John. Due to the issue he came out the same day to see if he could fix it or do a temporary fix so we would not be without water. Thankfully he could fix it! Plumber came and snaked my kitchen sink for $350. Two days later the sink is backing up again. Texted the number that had texted me and told them the problem. The person called me even though it was Sunday night. They came out Monday morning and snaked further out and solved the problem.
