This is my second time using Ivy Plumbing. They did a fantastic job on my house, I didn’t hesitate to call them to take care of my mother’s condo. They arrived early, ansses the problem and explained everything that needed to get done. Very efficient and knowledgeable technicians (Trae and Aaron). I have found and will continue to use Ivy Plumbing for all my future needs.

I had an excellent experience with Ivy plumbing who installed my new water heater. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Not only did they handle the installation perfectly, but they also connected me with someone who could transport my old water heater and return it to Lowe’s with me.

The communication was great, everything was done on time, and the service went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing work or water heater services!

Had a new gas fireplace installed and needed a new gas valve outside. Trevor did the initial work and when there was an issue Josh responded and confirmed the problem was not the gas line. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Josh came out to address my plumbing issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. He will have to come back to finish up but didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. I was very happy with my service. Josh came back and found the bath issue was a leaking tub valve. He replaced it and some of the old copper lines. Then put an access panel over the 14x14 hole he had to cut into the drywall. Very neat job. He then replaced my tub drain, spout and shower head as the drain did not drain well. It all looks great and works so much better. Josh is great. He is so polite and knowledgeable. He answers all your questions. He even took time and let me take pictures of the before and after. I never felt pressured and all the repair decisions were mine. He did a great job and there was no mess at all. It was all pricey even with a senior citizen and multiple job discount but a tub valve is expensive in its' own right. Now I don't have to worry about that bath for many years. I would not hesitate to call GOAT and Josh again for another plumbing issue. Thank you, Josh.

Adrian Negrete was a extremely knowledgeable very professional and caring of my home.
He did an excellent job, kept me informed of his findings repaired the broken pipe under are slab.
After the job was completed he cleaned up everything, it was a pleasure having him working in our home.

This past Friday we had a major leak in our kitchen area. We called several companies who responded and gave us estimates. After not being pleased with their estimates, we decided to call G.O.A.T. Plumbing. We had read their outstanding customer Google reviews. We were not surprised when Joe Bates arrived. He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. His customer service was genuine and sincere. Once we agreed on a set price, he personally came the following day to solve our problem. We highly recommend G.O.A.T. plumbing services. Whether you live in a multi-million-dollar house or renting a small residence you will be treated with the utmost respect and sincerity.

I called GOAT because I tried to fix my toilet but I couldn’t and now my toilet was Inoperable and it is my only toilet. When I called, I told him the urgency they were able to squeeze me in and show up within two hours or so.Kevin the plumber was awesome. He came in assess the work that needs to be done. Josh is the man, fantastic experience with the service. Was respectful, honest and did a great job on the repairs. Work was very clean and was diligent about wearing the little shoe covers whenever inside which is appreciated. Would recommend.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Kevin was very knowledgeable diagnosed the issue right away. Had my drain fixed really fast. He took his shoes off before entering my home which led to a great impression. He advised on some things to keep things working properly and even came out a second time to make sure everything was working properly!! I will use them again

Our water heater was making some noises and needed a flush. Adrien came out the next day, tested our water for hardness, explained the issue with the minerals getting heated, then flushed the tank for us. He was quick, efficient and friendly. The Goat Plumbing has been great.

I hired the GOAT plumbing to install sinks for two vanities and replace and reinstall a drain line for my claw tub. I can’t say enough about the job Ian and team did . The team wore shoe covers in the house , went over the job that needed to be conducted several times and confirm my agreement with the approach . Took their time doing the install . The install took from 8am-8pm. Ian really enjoys home remodeling finishing work and his work quality reflects that . It was important to the team that I was happy with the work quality and he was willing to fix anything at the drop of a dime . They made clean cuts in my vanity so the plumbing would work but still look aesthetically appealing and did a very detailed recorded walk through after the job was completed. They cleaned up and wiped everything down and took their own trash out!!!. Would definitely use their services again and would give the team 10 stars if I could ! Glad to see a company and plumbers who enjoy what they do and have high professional standards.

Pete from the GOAT came out to diagnose why we had no water to our house and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be contacting the GOAT again in the future for any plumbing related needs.

The GOAT was fantastic! Our original window was 10:00 - 2:00. They called and asked if it would be ok if Pete, fantastic guy, could show up between 8:30 - 9:30. We said yes, and Pete was on time. Walked through, inspected everything, addressed the couple of issues we had, and was gone. It was a great experience. Pete, and the GOAT, are our plumbing company going forward.

Taylor was excellent and very knowledgeable he did a great job. The office was great. Got me scheduled quickly and kept in touch by phone calls to let me know they would be here, when they were less than an hour away. Told me the name of the service person along with a picture so I would know who it would be. Great company

We’ve now used Goat Plumbing twice, and both times we specifically requested Natalie—that’s how impressed we were after her first visit. She’s incredibly skilled and got our problem resolved correctly on the first attempt. What really stands out is her professionalism: she takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done, walks you through the completed work, and leaves everything spotless. Our store location was in need of a plumber, and we called a plumbing company that weren't as "Friendly" as stated in their company name.

We are a family-owned business and like to work with other family-owned businesses in the area, so we moved on and called The Goat Plumbing. The pleasant woman who answered the phone listened to our needs and got us scheduled for a free consultation the very next day.

Communication was impeccable with text messages letting us know when Pete, the plumber assigned would arrive. They also sent a photo of Pete, so we had a face with a name along with his direct information. Pete was pleasant, walked us through what he was going to do and also let us know of some items that may need replacing. We approved his estimate, and he began working right away! Pete was great, informative and kind.
