5star service from Trevor!!! I had an emergency situation that left us with no hot water. I explained my problem- ultimately needing my water heater replaced- Trevor showed up on time- I asked the company to have him call me prior to coming so I can secure the dog- which most companies would ignore and just show up causing a frenzy but Trevor called and let me know he was 10 minutes away- confirmed my issue and didn’t try to scam me into anything unnecessary- in fact he reduced my cost by telling me I did not need to replace an additional part not needed to run my system as it was optional if I had more people in my home which I didn’t!
For someone who doesn’t celebrate Christmas- he definitely was able to restore the holiday spirit AND hot water
Thank you sooo much to you and your boss!
You are the G.O.A.T.’s! Happy Holidays from the Dottin family! -
Paid $500 to be left with a hole in my wall. Beware!!
Tried resolving this privately but got no response from the owner, the situation is too ridiculous not to share.
I called this company for a recurring washer drain clog. Their tech was friendly, but the entire service ended up being a chain of misdiagnoses and upsells:
First diagnosis: “It’s the P-trap.” Cost: $650. Didn’t fix anything.
Second diagnosis: “It’s ventilation. A Studor vent will fix it 99% sure.” Cost: $850. They cut open my wall, tested it, STILL didn’t fix anything.
Only after all that did they finally run a camera and claim the pipe was “collapsed.”
At that point, I was charged $500 to stop the job, and they left me with:
A hole in the wall
A cut, exposed pipe
An unfinished repair
Zero documentation of the alleged collapsed line
And the exact same problem I originally called them for
This all could have been prevented if they had done a proper camera inspection BEFORE cutting into my wall and installing parts I didn’t need. -
I had Goat Plumbing Company come out to snake my bathtub. The price of $365 is a bit high in my opinion; however, they do offer a one-year warranty, which initially gave me peace of mind. Josh came out today and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly, was very professional, and truly did his best to work with me. I really appreciated how patient, thorough, and respectful he was throughout the visit.
I have had an ongoing issue with the tub continuing to back up, and I was told it was due to hair. When the service was originally completed, I was informed that the work was covered for a year; however, it was never disclosed at that time that the warranty only includes one revisit. That detail wasn’t made clear upfront, which is something I feel customers should be aware of when making a decision.
That said, Josh’s professionalism and customer service were top-tier, and for that reason I highly recommend him. Just be sure to ask detailed questions about the warranty terms before proceeding. -
Excellent service! Troy was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained exactly what he believed to be the problem and gave me options of what I wanted him to do. I never felt pressured to have any service done that I did not need. I was also lucky enough to meet the owner, Alex, who was so personable and very knowledgeable. You can clearly tell that this company understands the importance of professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again!

I researched several plumbing companies including ones I have previously used and made my decision to go with the GOAT based upon overwhelmingly positive feedback related to their service and quality (as they were not the cheapest estimate I got). Pete was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions in a genuine and caring way. The installation was perfect and I can’t be happier with my decision to go with GOAT Plumbing. Thank you for making it a positive experience!!!

GOAT Plumbing is an awesome company and my Technician Peyton was the absolute best. He was knowledgeable and professional and he made sure to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always friendly and kind. Everything he said he would do he actually did. He kept his word. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I would recommend GOAT Plumbing to everyone.

I feel significantly overcharged for this service. The technician replaced a small section of galvanized pipe (under $50 in material) and completed the job in less than 20 minutes, yet I was charged $700.
I was told they would dig and review the condition of the pipes, but they only dug approximately 5 inches into the sand before stating everything looked great. This did not seem like a thorough inspection.
For the amount of work performed and the limited time on site, the pricing felt unreasonable. I strongly suggest getting other estimates before moving forward with this company. -
I have never been more excited to give someone my money then I was today! I received astronomical quotes from other plumbing companies. With respect to their skill and expertise, they were trying to upcharge and take advantage of a possible client. I didn't have to deal with that with Pete from The Goat Plumbing. The initial phone call was clear and I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. The company sends reminders and pictures of employees for safety. Pete came in with a great attitude and clear pricing. I was able to do three plumbing issues for a great price that was under what the the other companies priced for just two items. Not only was the work quality but Pete was constantly cleaning up after his work. In addition he didn't speak to me like I was ignorant. I knew what to do I just didn't want to do it, lol. He showed me the issues, advised on next steps to maintain and AGAIN....kept everything clean. Call the Goats and ask for Pete!

The GOAT Plumbing has earned the business of Girl Scouts of West Central Florida! We had an issue with our hot water heater having corrosion build up and The GOAT Plumbing team , specifically Natalie, came to our rescue! Everyone from the beginning to end was extremely professional. Communication was everything a busy organization like us could ask for! Appointment times to fit our needs as well as quick responses to ensure we not only had our issue resolved but met our non profit processes for repair work. Pricing was fair, repair was fast and thorough, and it was a pleasure having Natalie on our side! Highly recommend The GOAT Plumbing Co!

I needed to replace my pretty old water heater (Insurance mandated) and got about three quotes for replacement on three different systems (tank-less, Essence, and traditional electric).
The GOAT came in as the lowest bid for all three and Natalie (our bidder and installer, at separate times) was absolutely the most knowledgeable and professional of all three reps.
We went with the Essency to get the benefits of tank-less like cost savings without having to up my breaker and change pipes.
Natalie answered literally every question I had through the bidding and install processes and seriously helped me make the best decision of the options.
Then she showed up and installed it. Not much to say about that except she was great at maneuvering though my crowded garage, completed a perfect and professional installation (expected, I know, but it is Florida...), and also handled disposal and cleanup so well, you'd never know she was there (except it's cleaner than the rest of my garage). All this and she took time to talk me about the uses and benefits of reciprocating saws.
Straight 10/10. I could not be more satisfied with every step of this process. -

I called this afternoon to get one of our ACs looked at and they came out right away! Always great service with these guys!

The prices were Ridiculous. So my husband told me to give them a call. They came out the same day I called and explained everything to me. I agree with the price and they installed my brand new unit in the next day. My unit is working perfectly. No regrets.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone representing Home Depot Services. I witnessed one of their employees driving like a complete menace—no turn signals, weaving through traffic, and even using the left turn lane as a shortcut to bypass a line of cars waiting properly in the right lane. Then, to top it off, they cut right back in at the front like everyone else’s time didn’t matter.
If this is how your employees act in public, it seriously reflects on your company’s standards and professionalism. Reckless driving like that isn’t just rude—it’s dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt if this is allowed to continue.
In the picture you can see the long line of cars this person decided to ignore as he went around them.
This happened on 10 April 2026.
Do better. -

The ladies Robin and Debbie are the best.

DO NOT USE!! Got a custom sliding glass door installed in 2020, $7k. Doors caused enormous damage due to a serious leak and they refuse to remedy the situation.

I will go with a smaller local store from now on. The scheduling for a ceramic tile and laminate floor installation was coordinated so badly that parts of it were billed to me but not coordinated or scheduled. So frustrating! Half the time you are speaking to someone that obviously just started working there and doesn't know hardly anything. I should have cancelled before anything was delivered, now I'm stuck with it. The actual craftsman that install the flooring are great though, I want to stress that.

Do not use Home Depot for carpet. They are unprofessional and do not take responsibility for the work that they do. They installed carpet in our house and did not put any transitions in between the carpet and wood floors. Instead they are trying to tell us we need to go back to whomever installed the floors. That is crazy. The carpet people were the last ones to work on the house and this should be their responsibility.
