Used Jones Heating & Cooling to check out my old Central AC. He stopped same day, took time to explain things, got my ac up an running. Stopped back following day to make sure she was still running. He was very professional, his pricing was reasonable, took the time to explain things..I would highly recommend this company to everyone. A+++

CJ has saved me more than once. I advised our hood vent motor was smoking and he made it a priority to come out to see what was going on. He ordered the replacement and had it replaced next morning , allowing me to resume business. Considering I am only open for business 3 days a week, this was a huge save for me. CJ also makes an effort to educate you with the scenario at hand and I find him to be honest and lets you know when a possible resolve would be a waste of money. I would highly recommend !

Had a issue with my Ac freezing up gave them a call and they was out within a few hours and fixed the issue with my Ac coils being clogged up in the attic.. I will continue using them for my Ac to go to people.

I was out of town , came back about 8 pm. When I opened the door It was hotter in my house the outside. I called them that night , and they were here the next morning 8 am and it was on a Sunday. They had it fixed in no time , And was very professional, and priced very reasonable. I will call them back....

As I read the other reviews, I wish I could relate to the experience. No show, no call. Perhaps something was safeguarding us from future negligence. Or...business is so successful that they don't need a commercial account in search for assessment now and future maintenance plan. Message received, thanks.
