Pete and Kyle did a tremendous job. They came and diagnosed my water heater and realized that the parts were still under warranty so they took the time out of their day to contact the manufacturer to get me the part under warranty. They could have encouraged me and told me that it was completely broken, that I needed an entirely new water heater and I wouldn't have known the difference. They saved me thousands. Thank you!!

He clearly explained the issue, outlined the solution, and—most importantly—did exactly what he said he would do! Mike R. (Miguel) was fabulous! I wasn’t sure of all of my needs today, and he was able to go over an estimate and I prioritized the must do items. Mike was able to trouble shoot a leaky faucet issue and suggested I call the faucet brand to get replacement cartridges that were under warranty. I was very pleased with his professionalism and honesty.

Ian and Corey did a fantastic job at my home. I needed a utility sink installed and a new kitchen water filtration system. They were very knowledgeable and punctual and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend using and you will not be disappointed. My technician Matt was very helpful and explained everything he was doing and that I understood what the process was he then stayed to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend the Goat plumbing. Plus the name and logo drew me in such a fun and whimsical design how can you go wrong! We need more humor these days.

Had a problem with the hot water valve on the washing machine leaking and GOAT plumbing responded right away. Damien came out assessed the problem offered three solutions and even financing options if needed. At first I was not going to do the financing but it was no interest for 18-24 months so got something else I needed done completed. Everything went through smoothly and repairs completed in time for new washing machine delivery.

Natalie was my tech, I called them out because I was having a water softener issue. I showed her what was going on, she told me some options and then within about 5 mins had pricing for all options. Once I made my choice she had me taken care of in just a few hours. Great job, great customer service

Thanks so much for helping with our septic system! Trevor came out and found that our tank was full and helped us get a company out to pump the tank just before the holiday. After he evaluated the issue he was able to dig up our field and clean out the lines. He went above and beyond with the attention to detail and communication. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about the GOAT Plumbing Company. They are genuinely focused on helping, not just selling. They equipped all work vehicles with narcan due to working in people’s homes—just in case that unfortunate situation ever arises. It’s rare to find a company that values doing the right thing as much as they do.

You can also tell they truly care about the community. They treat people with respect and stand behind their work. They constantly pour back into the community they serve.

Our GOAT was Joseph Bates. Very professional, and knowledgeable with all the experience to answer all my questions. He resolved all issues I was having with a green tint in water and set me up with the correct equipment for my home. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were happy. I recently had a hot water plumbing issue and called around to a few places. GOAT gave me the best deal. Peyton came within an hour of setting up my appointment, and eventually fixed my hot water heater shortly after in a short amount of time. Peyton showed consideration and was super kind while also knowledge. I really appreciate Peyton for his effort and help installing my water heater. I would recommend Peyton to anyone with a similar issue.

The BEST plumbing company! When you call you actually get a real knowledgeable person. The office kept me informed regarding when the technician would be arriving. The technician, Miguel Ramirez, arrived on time and did an awesome job. He really helped me out by locating a corrugated pipe that needed repair. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and saved me countless hours of randomly digging to search for a broken pipe. Had to have a water heater and a sink supply line replaced due to an insurance inspection. The GOAT was super responsive to my inquiry (office staff), and Cyle was great in explaining what the heater replacement was going to entail. He did the work about as quickly as it could have been done and his work area was immaculate when he left. The office communicated with me throughout using automated and in-person calls about scheduling and arrival time. Great experience, overall.
