Reviews of local pros in Riverview, Florida

Brandon is phenomenal. I requested a quote on a Sunday, not expecting to receive a response until Monday. Brandon quickly responded, reviewed the request, and sent me an invoice. He then scheduled me for the next day. It was such a seamless process and the work done was extraordinary. He even provides before and after pictures. I recommend Gator Boyz for your pressure washing needs. I plan to book them again for another project, irrigation stain removals.

I did not have my house pressure washed, I had Christmas lights installed, I'm going to have them come back for the washing service because i think they did a great job. I'm very pleased with the Christmas lights, and impressed at how quickly I was able to schedule and accomplish the task.
A little bit about it, today is my anniversary and I called a couple days ago so I could have them surprise my wife as this is her favorite time of the year. We've never done lights on this house, it's only our second Christmas in this home, and it's our first house together. I just had to come say that I couldn't believe how easy it was to schedule, pay, and get a fantastic job well done. I am for sure coming back year after year, maybe with an upgrade of the tree wrapping and more lights around the banisters. They were polite, professional, and prompt. What else could you look for! Schedule these guys for your home!

Gator Boyz pressure washed our front porch, driveway and sidewalks. Everything looks great and the price was very competitive. We highly recommend

They were very responsive, offered me such a great/affordable deal, and were able to fit me in short notice as well as do the job (clean my windows) while I was at work without any stress. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

One more year my home will look like it's brand new, thanks to Brandon and the Gator Boyz.. Can't wait to update again next year!

Received the dreaded HOA letter end of last week, contacted Gator Boyz and they got me an estimate and scheduled the very next week! They showed up on time, did an AMAZING job and with such great people. Driveway, sidewalk and fence look so great! IN YOUR FACE HOA!!;)

Exceptional service!!! They did an amazing job on our backyard fence. Staff was very polite and prompt. Will be using them again.

Brandon and the team were amazing with communication and the work. Brandon made sure we are happy with his work as we go and the result was amazing. He cleaned our historical house very well. We are very happy with them.

Gator Boyz Pressure Washing did a great job on our sidewalks and driveway, I forgot what they looked like 4 years ago!! We also had our Christmas lights done by them, fast and professional!! Plus the multi color lights looked amazing on the house. Definitely will be using them again, thank you Brandon!

I can't say enough good things about Gator Boyz Pressure Washing and the owner, Brandon. Brandon is passionate about what he does and you can clearly see that through his and his team's level of professionalism – they show up looking sharp and in uniform; their attention to detail – seriously, no stones go unturned; – and their top-notch set-up & equipment – it's obvious they know what they're doing. Those qualities in and of itself is hard to find in businesses today. But their work really speaks for itself. I am posting photos so you can see how my patio was completely transformed and now looks cleaner than when I moved into my brand new home! And thrilled they treated it so that it will keep it from molding as fast again. I couldn't recommend them enough. I will be definitely using them again.

The response time was on point. Showed up to the work site ahead of time. Job done quick and very very detailed. Super fair price. Will definitely recommend 100%. Photos of the before and after sent to me, payment form super user friendly. Brandon was able to schedule my job for the next day!

Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I couldn’t be more impressed with Gator Boyz Pressure Washing! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic were top-tier. They showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and treated my property with care and respect.
My driveway, siding, and patio look brand new again — I had no idea how much grime had built up until they worked their magic. They didn't just wash — they restored the curb appeal of my home! The difference is night and day.
What really stood out was their commitment to quality. They didn’t rush the job, and they double-checked everything before leaving to make sure I was 100% satisfied. And I was — more than satisfied, actually. They went above and beyond.
If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality pressure washing, look no further. Gator Boys Pressure Washing is the real deal. I’ll definitely be calling them again — and recommending them to everyone I know.
Thanks again, Gator Boyz — you crushed it!

I've used Gator Boyz multiple times on multiple homes for me, cleaning driveways, pavers, sheds, and my homes. Brandon and his team have always done an amazing job. I have outdoor TVs and lots of plant life and they've been super careful to protect everything. The price has always been great!

From the estimate to the final end of the service the entire team is amazing! Their professionalism and constant communication is the best I have seen in many years. I would use and recommend this company again and again! Not to mention what great work they did on my roof, house, driveway and lanai was amazing! 😊. Highly recommend!!!

Brandon's communication with me was outstanding. Reasonably priced and the results were fantastic. They scheduled their work on a weekend so not to interfere with our business hours AND did the work on the coldest day of the year (2/1/26)!!

We were impressed from the first time we contacted Marie at Gator Boyz to arrange an estimate and service. Marie is very thorough and gives a fair and accurate estimate by phone, text and email. There was a small issue with scheduling but it was quickly resolved and our project was completed as promised. We were unable to get the screens off for the window cleaning and it caused an issue with one of our windows not being completely cleaned. I called and discussed it with Marie and she made arrangements for Mark to come back the same day. Mark is friendly, hard working and did an excellent job on our home! Mark helped us to remove the screens and then he was able to properly clean the window.
Our requested services were pressure washing our home, lanai, permanent roll down shutters, windows and screens. Our security cameras are out of our reach so we also requested the camera lenses be cleaned.
Mark did a great job at a fair price and our home feels nice and clean again!
Thank you Brandon,Mark and Marie for your excellent service and providing your services as promised! We will be requesting this service yearly to keep our homes appearance in top shape!

Excellent service, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service from staff and owner Brandon.
The web site is easy to navigate and you get a quote right away. Right on time and the roof looks amazing. Thank you so much and I appreciate your hard work.

Sunstate rocks!
