*** do not leave women alone when getting service done*** Used this location numerous times for this house and couches and my previous houses through the years. Techs have always been great, until this crew, Oscar and Biston, shows up with an attitude. Made my wife feel uncomfortable from get go. Watched them on my cameras because I was not home. Not even sure why they send 2 techs when one just plays on phone all day? They clean my couch and they call my love seat a full couch to get an extra money? Um excuse me… look at your previous history no other techs have said this, same order. They have cleaned this couch no issue before. But because my wife is home alone not only are you going make her feel uncomfortable, your going change price on her because I’m not there? Sad because I’ve been using these guys for years and a regular. Lucky Im not home because I would have kicked this crew out. Never had an issue with a business servicing my residences with my wife home alone until now. I would highly recommend anyone considering this place stay away if there is going to be a woman home alone.

I'm so excited to tell you that I received Elso the first time! He did his job fast, and he let me know that it'll take about four to six hours for the furniture to dry. I waited until the next day, but, sadly, there were still a lot of smudges and a strong smell. Then, I got in touch with customer service, and the kind and considerate Christian was there to help and he scheduled a new visit.
Next day, Herley and Cody were such a delight! They were so professional and easy to talk to. They quickly figured out how to clean my sofa and loveseat, and they did such a great job! I'm so grateful to them; they really made a difference, and I'm so happy with the excellent job they did.

Stanley Steamer has been around as long as it has because of employees/ techs like Dagoberto. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the work performed. Thank you very much.

My house was badly damaged by Hurricane Helene and my tile floors were a complete mess from all of the tear-out and construction work. Harley and Cory came over and spent hours cleaning using a variety of chemicals and equipment. The results are fantastic and I feel that my house is back to new again! Thanks Harley and Cody!

Kelly did an excellent job on our carpets today. He is professional and personable. Our carpet has not looked this good in quite awhile! I will definitely use Stanley Steamer again and ask for Kelly!

Cody and Dagoberto did an impeccable job on our couches. They were both very detail oriented and showed an actual interest in our satisfaction! The couches look and smell brand new and we will always request them in the future as they both showed outstanding pride in their work!

John showed up on time and promptly got to work. He was to shampoo and vacuum the stairs, hall and one bedroom. He did a great job and the carpet looked brand new again. I would hire this company again but would look for a coupon or sale because I feel $300 is a lot for the square footage.

Michael was my technician today. His work ethic and pride in his job and results were impeccable. To say I was blown away by the results would be an understatement. This guy was incredible!!!!

Anytime I see a marked company truck on the road and the driver driving like a complete lunatic I'm like wow I will never work with that company because they don't care about safety on the road and a driver who keeps changing lanes in the giant work van on the highway to and can't even be bothered to put a signal on to let other cars know that they are changing lanes multiple times especially means that they can't be bothered to do a good job cleaning either. Van #4079 on 301 in Riverview getting onto the highway. It wouldn't kill you to use signals to let other cars know you're changing lanes especially when you're doing it multiple times but you know what it might kill someone because you don't. When you're behind the wheel you have a responsibility especially in a company car to drive safely on the road otherwise it just shows that you and this company don't care about lives you're basically saying I may kill you maybe because I can't be arsed enough to tap my signal. This company is basically saying my life and everybody else's lives on the road don't matter because they'll just put drivers who don't care out there.

Evan and Gerry were very professional. They demonstrated a grout coloring but did not push it. They moved all required furniture. Evan walked us through the completed service and provided an estimate to use the grout coloring. We called multiple floor cleaning companies and Stanley Steamer had the best price. The tile and grout looks very good. The customer experience with Evan was very enjoyable and professional as he was the team lead. Both Evan and Gerry were respectful of our home and treated us as they completed the service.

This was probably the best service we have recieved since we bought our home. From setting up the initail appointment and inspection with Arron. To the final cleaning stage. We are so happy with the job that Willie and Kaleb did. They both we very kind, polite and hard working. They walked us through the process with ease. Its great to know you are being taken care of.

I think his name was Scott and he did an awesome job! He was very careful not to damage anything and our carpet looks great.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them!

Juan and Cody were AMAZING. Super professional, set clear expectations about what they could do vs couldn’t. Then blew those expectations out of the water. They did my entire apartment in like 20 minutes. And it looks great. If I need my carpet cleaned again I will be asking for them.

Michael and Julio were so professional and nice. Upon arrival they advised me that my sofa sectional was not suitable to be cleaned by their equipment and that they could damage it if they tried. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency so my beautiful sofa was not ruined. Instead I had them clean my area rug. They did an amazing job. It looks refreshed and will certainly extend the life of it. Great service!

Keith & Cory came to my home to clean my tile & grout which runs throughout my entire home. The difference between before they began and after is FANTASTIC! They were fast, friendly, efficient, and they went above and beyond! I highly, highly recommend! My porcelain tile floors look brand new! I couldn’t be happier. It was well worth the extra buck!

Harley and Cody did an amazing job! They were efficient, kind and thorough. Night and day difference in the carpet will 100% be using Stanley Steamer again if I need my carpets done. Great price and great results.

Mike Torres from Stanley Steemer came out to clean our carpets and I could not be happier with the results. Our rug had been through kids, parties, spills, you name it, so it was looking pretty rough. After Mike worked his magic, the difference was honestly night and day. The carpet looks refreshed, smells fantastic, and feels incredibly clean.

Mike was professional, on time, very knowledgeable, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole visit. He took the time to explain things and made sure everything was done right.

I usually have my carpets cleaned once or twice a year, and after this experience I’ll definitely continue using Stanley Steemer and will be requesting Mike specifically going forward. Excellent service all around!

I only subtracted one star due to the fact that when I scheduled online, the total estimate was not close to what I paid. I went ahead with the cleaning anyways because of a severe dust allergy and there being used carpet in a new home. I also added upholstery cleaning for my couch, additional sanitation, protectant, and a deodorizer (still WAY more than quoted). Booking was super easy and I was able to schedule next day cleaning. Communication was great after booking. I knew when to expect them arriving reguardless of the time window. Kelso was great also, he took the time to understand what I needed. He was quick but thorough. He moved some furniture but put it back where it went. He asked me to look everything over before he left to make sure I approved and discussed the drying process. While I could do this on my own, and probably will next time for the price, having Kelso come do it for me so quick was very helpful!

They did a great cleaning job.

There was however a dispute regarding the size of the sofa. My U-shaped sectional is at about 12 feet. When the appointment was booked I was asked if it was “over 12 feet”. I responded that it wasn’t but the cleaning technician (Oscar) told the manager (Kevin) otherwise.

I pushed back when I began to feel as if the pricing was deceptive and they attempted to stack service charges ($110/deodorizing & $110 for protection) which would have made the cost of cleaning my sectional $450. 😲

I was initially quoted a total of $217 for my sectional and mattress to be cleaned. Oscar told me that the sectional cleaning was $210. Thereafter Kevin said the sectional cleaning would cost $220. 🤷🏾‍♀️

As a result I cancelled one of the services and kept only the one that was needed. Based on this experience I’ll NEVER be utilizing Stanley Steamer again. This was my first and last time patronizing them.

John was fantastic and so was Stanley Steamer! I scheduled my services online (upholstery cleaning for 3 sofas) and John arrived within the hour. I couldn't have been more pleased with his knowledgeable approach to the process and the same day service was the cherry on top!
