We had a flooding incident in our home recently and Brian with ServPro of Brandon/Riverview showed up within the hour and set up all necessary equipment to dry out the moisture that resulted from the flooding. Being our first time dealing with a situation like this, they made us feel at ease since they said that they would handle all services needed to restore our home back to its original state. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Shawn as he was professional, punctual, and quickly responded to our calls when we had questions regarding the process, he even dealt with the insurance company for us. They kept us informed every step of the way. Our experience with ServPro has been outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Shawn was very helpful and proficient in coming out to investigate the issue at our house. He made it in his power to come out to our house the same day I called and for that I’m very grateful. He gave us some great recommendations based on the damage he saw in our home and did not charge a fee to assess it. I will definitely be using him as a contact in the future should any issues arise with getting HVAC to fix the leak in our AC.

Shawn came out to my house to test for moisture in the bedroom where I had a busted pipe fixed. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me his professional opinion of what needs to be done. He didnt try to pressure me to have them fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I would call them again if services are ever needed. Top notch!

Alex and Devin were incredible. Alex started the process of getting my leak under control. Devin finished the work. Both were so professional and immediately put me at ease that the problem would be fixed. They explained what they were doing every time they had to come to my house. Routinely checked on the progress and made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They took the baseboards down and cleaned up the water, but never came back to re install the baseboards and expected me to pay before finishing the job. They even charge late fees. It’s been over 2 months now and I still have baseboards lying on the floor. I would avoid this company!

I called in and spoke with Frank and Devin. They were very helpful, and educated me on the process, and explained why an inspector may have been getting false positives for moisture at my house. Devin even came over same day to record more accurate moisture readings, which put me and my potential buyer at ease. He went above and beyond, and saved the day!!

The faucet in the master bathroom leaked and flooded the carpeting in the walk in closet. It was 4 feet by 8 feet of wet carpet. They showed up and put two large blowers in the room with a dehumidifier. They said it would cost $1440 to fix. I complained about the high price and they said it was to be sure there were no mold issues. When it was dry they took out the machines and cut two holes in the wallboard to inspect for mold. It turned out clear of mold. I called a few times wanting to know when they were going to fix the holes in my closet. Finally a supervisor called and said that the estimate on repairing the walls in my closet would cost another $1100! They're not real clear when they give you the initial price that it's only for the cleanup or demo, it doesn't cover restoration. I complained bitterly to the person who called me about the ridiculous prices and he explained that they have a lot of overhead. (See picture for the wallboard they wanted to charge me $1100 to fix) Never again.

The office admin Erin was super pleasant and helped me through the process of getting my home back together. The techs had great customer service and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend!!

Not good…based on a referral from State Farm, we trusted the folks at Servpro of Brandon/N Riverview to dry us out; but instead Brian J chose to soak us.

what Servpro of Brandon/N Riverview excels out is running up exorbitant and mostly unnecessary charges/fees

IMHO, ownership/management here IS the issue and would recommend not letting Brian J anywhere near your property or job site.

We had a pipe burst in our home. The night it happened I contacted several restoration companies. Not only was Servpro first to call me back (within 10 min of leaving my message) but they showed up within 30 min to start the cleanup and mitigation process. Throughout the entire process they have been communicative and responsive. They've answered all my questions and have been extremely helpful. They even made things right the one time something didn't go great on their part. They are highly professional and a company I wouldn't hesitate to do business with again, although I hope I never need to.

ServPro rapidly responded to my water mitigation issue after Tropical Storm Debbie. All the staff were helpful and Frank, the manager, personally came out to see the work being done. They are a first class operation and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Excellent work by a truly professional company!

I had water damage in my house from hurricane Helene. The serve pro team Ervin, Julio and Angie did a really good job packing my furniture. They are very curtious and very friendly. They also took out my driwall. They closed the area off and did a really good job. They were very effecient and and left tbe area clean.

I had a wonderful experience working with Devin. He was very polite,respectful and stayed on top of my home repairs so far due to water damage. I look forward to continuing working with his team on the flooring repairs that are still to be finished. ( The leak occurred 06/4/25, and I am happy with the work that has been finished!!!

Devin Gave us his contact number and was ultra responsive to our concerns and requests. He even came back and helped us with the final movements of our clothes and hanging items.
He made sure that the good work of Ben and Logan was completed and looked good. Devin also plugged in all our cords and lights and chargers to make sure they were working properly. A+ for this group which responded pronto and were very quick and thorough. Yeah SERVPRO.

This is my second time using SERVPRO of Brandon, and once again, they delivered top-tier service from start to finish. Every time I called with a question, someone answered the phone — no runaround, just solid customer service and genuine friendliness.

A special thank you to Frank Hernandez, who went above and beyond. After the main work was done, he personally inspected everything and even pointed out small things I hadn’t noticed. What impressed me most is that he had his team tighten up areas I thought already looked great — that level of attention to detail speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work.

Frank also made sure everything was explained clearly and worked hard to keep the job cost-effective without cutting corners. When my insurance adjuster wasn’t fully listening to my concerns, Frank stepped in, got on the phone with me and the adjuster, and made sure I was properly taken care of. That took a huge weight off my shoulders.

So I have used Servpro in the past at another location and state and the difference between Brandon / Riverview and the other is like daylight and darkness. Eliana, Frank and Devin have been great from the start, beginning with the inspection, re-inspection and all my phone calls to the office no doubt. They are very courteous, caring and super professional and I am looking forward in the continued business with them in getting our house done and back to normal just waiting on insurance etc to approve everything. If you need a great restoration company then give this location a call. Thank y'all very much for your time and attention to our house.

Unfortunately my experience with Servpro wasn't as good as others. I felt they were extremely expensive for what they did. We had water damage, but the water itself was mostly gone when they got there. They didn't properly remove parts of cabinets to let them dry until day 4 when WE asked. They said they didn't do it more extensively because they thought they were removing them; assuming they had the remodel job. The positives were they were there quickly and had good communication/follow up. They quoted over double for a job that others were half that price. If we have water damage again, I'll use another company.
