All reviews for PAYNE'S TREES

I called Payne's with many concerns I had with dead and dying trees at my mother's house in Zephyrhills. They have an Arborist, not JUST on staff, but he owns the company! When they relayed to Terry Payne, Arborist and Owner, he went to evaluate a potentially dangerous tree over my elderly mothers house, worked with the neighbors and the county officials personally to make sure that everything was handled for me. The office staff, foreman and crews were all amazing! Thank you for taking care of her home while I care for her!!!

I own a car dealership and I had a tree that was old and rotted and I was concerned that it would fall over and damage my new cars on display. I had Paynes Environmental come out and remove it for me. They did a great job and the price was very fair. I am going to have them do my home next month and also trim my mothers house. Great Job Terry thank you for all your help.

It is a rarity that you meet honest, knowledgeable and caring people when conducting business... especially when you find yourself in an emergency like tornado aftermath. In one day, Paynes Environmental had us up and running without missing a day of business with landscaping looking better than ever. They were able to alleviate all of our anxiety and were a true Blessing to us! You just can't find quality work ethic like this these days. A special thanks to Terry and Chris!

They are the best I highly recommended to several of my friends.

I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by Terry and his stellar crew!
Terry reviewed my trees and explained his recommendations in prep for hurricane season as well as for the general good health of all my trees. Knowing that he has all the appropriate credentials also was very important to me!! The quote was fair and a date and time was set up for the work.
They arrived on time with impressive equipment and an experienced crew. The work exceeded my expectations and was done carefully and professionally showing respect for my property and the neighborhood. What a relief and all looks beautiful! Thank you.

Used them for commercial tree removal at a business. Great team to work with. Very communicative, very professional, and got the job done! Would definitely recommend!

Payne was great to deal with, good price , professional from start to finish. I will definitely use them again.

The were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. I couldn't be happier with their service. With the work I had dione was more than reasonable. I am really glad my nephew recommended them to me.

Great experience overall.

A team of 6 with 3 trucks and a skid steer made quick work of the tree trimming and cleanup. The trucks were clean, well marked and professional in appearance.

As the last job of the day it is often hard to get good results. They all hustled until after 6 pm and left the once very messy street, better than they found it.

They will be our first call the next time we need tree work.

Paynes Environmental is an amazing and professional tree removal service. My office is surrounded by Palm Trees. We had one 40 foot Palm Tree die this past month. They came out, trimmed all of our other Palm Trees, and took down the dead Palm (cutting it up and grinding the stump) in less than 2 hours. They left my office area immaculate. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them.

Billy and his team did a wonderful job and completed the work per the estimate that was given to me to have the job done. I had 3 trees removed (one being 60" in diameter) and had 2 tress trimmed / pruned. The company removed all the tree stumps and clippings and had someone come back later to grind the stumps from the trees that were removed. A few days later Billy and his team came back and removed the shavings from the grinding leaving some back to fill in any holes / dips. Overall, It was a great call and everything was done professionally and they were prompt about getting the work done and cleaned up the yard well. If I need tree work again, I will call Payne's Environmental Services - I sleep really good at night, Thanks!

👍

Organized punctual polite knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had them trim two very overgrown yews and a magnolia and they did a fantastic job! They knew what they were doing and they cleaned up well.

They are closed until the 13th of this month.
No space for dump

Love the place but half the time it’s closed and it’s to full !!! There’s nowhere to dump anymore the mulcher is always down or the owner has it rented out to someone or city

Had one tree to remove and some others to be trimmed and was quoted 4500. But we wanted a second quote for another tree and he quoted us 3000. For it.and that was fine, then he told us if we did both he would remove 500.00 off the bottom price of 4500. If we did them all at one time but at the time of payment forgot about the discount and we paid full price. If we had known we would have waited to spend another 3000.00. Then told us we were wrong. Make sure that everything they say to you is in writing. If you are promised a discount then make them write it down because apparently they do forget what they say. This statement was made to my husband and I was present when he said it. I heard it with my own ears and so did my husband. We both are very shocked and the one who handled our business is very condescending as well. He tells you what you are going to do. And if he forgets of course you are very wrong. I will not use this business again. It's not the job they did but if you can't depend on a man's word, then I will find someone who I can trust to do what they say. We actually had a quote in writing for the one tree that Payne quoted 3000.00 for that was less but went with Payne's because because the discount made it worth it just using the one company but from now on we will either get that discount in writing or we will go with the cheapest price on the work required .

Would never use, do you want your propterty damaged? Then these are your guys, they cant hold employees, or business.

Dont use them, unless you want your propterty damaged by pill junkies, i wouldnt ever use this service. You will be fair warned.

Used them for a tree trimming they tore up my whole front yard!!!! Worst of all they hit my ac unit and blew the freon line they said they would fix that never had anyone come out I had to stay in a hotel with my two kids till I found someone to fix my ac! Witch ended up costing me 2300.00 horrible company

My experience is negative. Paynes removed a large oak tree from my next door neighbors yard and used mine for a through fare. Runied my plants, did much damage to my yard, gutter and trees in the process. And used my yard for a dumping ground for all debris. It will cost me to replace either plants, rocks or sod at my cost . They should not have been on my property at all !! They should have figured out a way to remove the tree using my neighbors yard.
