KBR pool service technicians are always prompt and professional. Pricing for monthly service or even repairs is always affordable.

I attempted to book. Spoke with a lady told me to send pictures. Sent pictures of hot tub never responded. She received as text message said read. Then wouldn’t answer my call or text. Just very unprofessional. It would have taken a quick moment to say unfortunately we can’t service you at this time.

Excellent pool service, only reasons I didn’t give 5 star rating is drivers tend to park trucks on lawn and use outdoor furniture without putting it back how it was found. This may seem petty to some but in my customer service experience the customer should be happy with the entire experience not just a portions of it.

This man that’s driving this vehicle is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Not only he had it out with the person in front of him he also had it out with me. Sticking the middle finger all throughout the ride on Bloomingdale. He continued to pace next to me sticking the middle finger like that’s the best answer. i would not recommend this old man to be working for this company. Nor would want him near anyone’s pool because he can mess up out of anger. Also one more thing the tag on this vehicle is completely gone I wouldn’t doubt how many tickets this company got over that.

I have been with KBR Pools for about three years and they are always reliable and offer a great service for the price. They also make repairs. Full service company. I have recommended them to other family and friends.

It's awesome to walk outside and be able to swim. It's even more awesome when you have the convenience of having KBR as your pool guys. The pool always looks great. They never leave a mess behind (i like my previous guys did) and if I have a question I can text them. No more wasting valuable family time on hold on the phone.

KBR pool service has gone above and beyond so many times for my family and our swimming pool. I have been a client for many years and with client loyalty they are always as fair as possible with pricing, knowledgeable about all service and repairs and puts priority on our pool. They are hands on owners that return calls and texts with in 24 hours or so.

I manage a large community and have used KBR for years. They are the best. The pool always looks great and they are very responsive when I need additional services. I would never switch pool companies and highly recommend them to other community managers.

Blake is quick to respond to any of our pool service inquiries. Their pricing is competitive to others, and the service continues to meet our expectations!

I've used KBR Pool Service for three years and they are thorough, professional and reasonably priced. When my son and his family moved to Florida, I recommended KBR to them and their pool always looks fantastic as well.

The KBR tech shows up weekly like clock-work, checks the chemicals, cleans the pool and leaves a note so that I know what's been done. When I had a problem with my equipment, Blake, the owner, responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, acquired the parts and made the repair at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend KBR. If you need prompt, professional, worry-free pool service, you can't go wrong with them.

The owner is responsive but the techs are inconsistent and service ended up being sub par. Pool equipment left open, baskets broken, salt generator in state where it couldn’t generate salt for weeks, pool is now yellow due to lack of correct chemicals, techs didn’t properly vacuum or sweep pool a number of times, seal for pump left on rocks next to pump. Just a number of issues making it more work for me to manage and checkup than to just do it all myself again. Was excited for the convenience, disappointed by the experience. Last straw was a yellow pool for well over a week.

Andre and his team are truly awesome! He always arrives when he says he will and always has a smile on his face. He is one of the most thorough cleaners we have ever used.

Andre is very polite and detail oriented. I was very impressed with how he did not rush through the clean and listened to what I wanted done. He listens to his clients needs. Others have done good for a week or two and then just hurry to get out. I will only be using this service from now on!
