My fiancé contacted Jason on a whim - we’re listing our house soon and had several areas of the carpet our three cats absolutely destroyed. We figured why not - It can’t look any worse right? Jason came NEXT DAY and our carpet looks brand new. There were some spots I knew that were damaged and I could not even see the repair. Absolutely wowed by the service and the result. They quoted me $150 over the phone for a standard cleaning. Showed up and said I needed a deep cleaning, which would be double the price. So I agreed, they weren't there very long and didn't do a very good job at all. The carpet still looked very bad. So I sent them pictures, and they agreed to send someone back out. They never showed and have since quit answering my text. I rented a cleaner from publix for $75 and did a way better job than their "deep clean"

Not sure why a professional carpet steam cleaner can’t remove high traffic stains the first time. I had to go rent a rug doctor from Publix to re-clean 2 areas myself on my carpet. Complete waste of 75$ for a steam cleaner service + 50$ in Rug Doctor rental. Just do it yourself right the first time. Don’t waste your money.

They came out yesterday and clean my sofa and my chair and did a excellent job very very reasonable price. They will be cleaning my mother's carpet next weekend and my tile floors as well cuz I really really like what they do.
