Eddie and his partner did a fantastic job. Cleared the clog and stayed s long as necessary to ensure the lines flows clearly. Office staff was easy to work with and kept me informed of when Eddie would be arriving. Quoted price was what we paid, no hidden fees or add-ons after the fact. Definitely recommend this plumbing service.

I experienced plumbing issues over the weekend and this company was the first to respond. The young lady that answered the phone ( Jo) was very pleasant and informative and that's when I knew I made the right choice to use this company for my plumbing needs. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM but Jo advised me that she would do her best to have someone out sooner. The plumbers name was Eddie and he arrived hours before my scheduled appointment. Eddie did a fantastic job with unclogging my drains in my home. Eddie was also informative and provided me with suggestions on how to avoid drain clogs in the future. If you are looking for a company that is responsive, on time and cares about you as a customer, this is the company for you. Eddie Rivera came out today and fixed a leak in my irrigation line. He was here at 8am on the dot, answered all my questions, and repaired my line quickly. This is a great company!!!! I would definitely suggest using them.

Eddie and Christopher River installed a new water heater for us. They showed up on the same day I called Trust EB Plumbing about the leak in our old water heater. They told me exactly what costs were involved ahead of time and they kept to that total for their services. They were polite and professional. They were neat workers and cleaned up after themselves. The phone answering service at Trust EB was also very helpful and was able to schedule a tech to come to our home within an hour of my initial call for service. I have no hesitation about recommending Trust EB Plumbing.

We are homeowners and our kitchen faucet was leaking. We called Trust EB plumbing based on the amazing reviews. The process to get a quote was straightforward and the gentleman that called back was professional. They gave us a window and called to let us know when they were on the way. Up to this part they had 5/5. Eli came and verified the faucet and proceeded to generate a quote and offered to do the work immediately. We were quoted $171 to repair the existing faucet, $571 to replace it with one they provide and $329 to install one provided by us. I said I wanted to shop around to which Eli said he was confident he had the best deal and advised if we didn’t compete the job at the moment, he would charge an additional $89 for having to comenout a second time. We took our chance and opted to get a second opinion. So glad we did! We consulted a different plumber and upon noticing we had a Delta faucet, he immediately suggested we called the company and submitted a replacement under warranty. I appreciated the honesty of the second plumber and did what he said. We feel that Eli was trying to take advantage and wasnt honest with us. I understand the business aspect but I don’t appreciate the dishonesty specifically with a company that claims to be faith based. So if you have a Delta product or any other brand, check your warranties before being advised by this company. The part needed to repair is on route and although we were advised we can do it ourselves, we would be happy to pay the honest plumber to do it for a fee.

We had an after hours plumbing emergency where our shower faucet wouldn't stop running ever after turning it off. Seeing that they were open 24 hours, we contacted Trust EB Plumbing who sent out Eddie to help us with our problem. Eddie was more than helpful with our situation. He quickly identified the problem, gave us an honest quote, and went to work fixing it. In no time at all, he got our shower working properly again. We are very happy with the service that we received, especially after receiving it during a time where most businesses would be closed. We highly recommend Trust EB Plumbing and Eddie and will definitely be calling them for any of our future plumbing needs.

We had a major plumbing problem on the 4th holiday weekend. Right from the first call, we were treated respectfully and kept notified when the technician could be at our home. Eli did his best helping us out with quoting a fair price and Eduardo (our technician) could not have done a more professional job, fixing our problem that same afternoon. I've been using Trust EB Plumbing service for years since they first open and it was just the owner Eli. You really can trust them. So nice, great communication, punctual. We will only use them. Eli is amazing and has done a couple jobs for us. Eddy did our last job and he is great as well. Highly recommend.
