Constraction reviews in Safety Harbor, Florida

Always a quality job provided by these guys.

These guys are great. Their work was flawless, they were on time and on budget. I highly recommend.

Coastal Comforts did an amazing job with the construction of our brewery. We are still getting compliments almost 4 years later. I highly recommend this company.

Not a single hick-up. No down time. Zero drama. Total satisfaction.

Brandon Cox, Coastal Comforts Construction, did not just build our custom Safety Harbor dream home, he made it a project that was pleasurable, without stress and enjoyable beyond all expectations.

From ground breaking to certificate of occupancy: 13 months, two weeks. And when finished, the final punch list could have been written on a Post-it note.

We are not novices at construction and renovations. Over the years, we have done a fair share of both -- for ourselves and for investment properties. But never have we enjoyed better advanced planning, foresight and scheduling skills than Brandon Cox showed us every day of this major project.

More than once, after considerable thought about a possible flaw in a specific request, I went to Brandon to share my concern. Each time he had already recognized the potential problem and made necessary adjustments.

Brandon was hands-on, organized, cooperative and knowledgeable. He was on-site every work day. He spent our money like it was his money. His subs were excellent, friendly, dependable and top-quality skilled.

And our work site was left clean, orderly and neat at the end of every work day.

We cannot say enough to express our satisfaction and admiration for the work Brandon Cox did on our home, but we tried. Our first official act as new homeowners after receiving the CO was to have a 3-foot x 10-foot banner printed and hung over the front porch: “We Love Our Contractor! Thank You Brandon Cox, Coastal Comforts Construction.”

Who would do something like that?

Only the most satisfied and appreciative customers you will ever find.

If you need any construction job from custom homes to renovations, this is the guy you are looking for! I have used CCC many times for everything from rehabs to decks to a 30 foot span carport. Brandon the owner is amazing! 100% honest and trustworthy. Shows up when he says he will, does incredible work, always does what he says he will do on time and on budget. He takes pride in his work and you can really see the quality and attention to detail.

We used Brandon from Coastal Comforts Construction to build a new outdoor roofed room. We had the best experience with Brandon through the whole process of our building. Brandon took control and was organized , knowledgeable and very skilled at what he did. We couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you Brandon for an amazing job, we just love our new room. We highly recommend Coastal Comforts Construction

Ron was the absolute best! He ceramic coated my kitchen and Bathroom. Highly recommend for any of your ceramic needs!!!

Great work! So thrilled with Ron and his work. Great communication and the nicest people. Bathroom, kitchen counter and appliances all sealed and look amazing. Thank you for your hardworking. Highly recommend to anyone!

I just had new granite countertops installed throughout my house and considered sealing them myself, but after watching Ron apply his Nano Ceramic sealer I am so glad I didn’t attempt a DYI. Not only do the countertops look great, but Ron is a terrific guy. Moreover, I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. I highly recommend having HomePro do your sealing projects.

Very good

Best electrician in town! Fair quotes and quick turnarounds, love Tim and the team!!!

This guy parks his truck in electric parking stalls!

Guy took my money and never performed any service

Mr. Kosloski did 3 separate jobs in my home this morning. He was on time, courteous, quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

I had this company replace my panel and some other work. Installed panel and never came back to finish the work I paid for. Demanded pre payment to secure his schedule. Buyer beware

I have not used them for service yet but I just saw a man driving a company truck of theirs, give money to a homeless veteran at a stop light and that deserves 5 stars in my book!

I recently had an electric panel updated by Kosloski Electric. Mr. Kosloski did a fantastic job, was professional, on time, priced-well, and honest. The work done was high quality work. I will be using Kosloski Electric again, and highly recommending them.

Excellent electrician at fair and reasonable prices. I have used Tim for various jobs from repairs to full electrical home wiring and find his work to be excellent.

I had damage to my meter due to the storm. Tim called me after hours and was home already and came back out to my house to take a look. When they completed the work very quickly, they did a great job and the price was great. Very honest and dependable company.

Tim completed a full rewire of our home and panel swap out. He was very communicative, honest, and reliable. Tim was such a relief to find in our time of desperation post our home flooding. His office manager Andrea was always a pleasure to speak with as well. I would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone who needs electrical work. He shows up when he says he is and was great with his communication and work ethic. 5 stars for sure. Thanks so much Tim for helping us in our process of getting our home back!
