After almost 2 weeks in the blistering Florida heat and a frustrating series of runarounds from our current provider, New Air Systems managed to diagnosis and repair our system in just 2 days. Remarkable team, fantastic service, I would recommend them to anyone. Transparent, honest and reliable.

Blake responded quickly and came out and got our system running to get us through the night. Thomas and crew came the following day to install new AC heat pump system with a new thermostat. Isaiah is amazing! He showed up Monday morning and had my AC fixed within hours. He was up front with my options and cost. A day later we got a cold front and I realized that my heat wasn't working. He came over right away (no charge) and told me that the new thermostat (that I installed myself) wasn't compatible with my heater. He was available via phone and walked me through purchasing the correct one as well as how to program it, on a Saturday. When I told him that I'd like to send him some money for his time he told me that he wouldn't accept it and that he just wanted to be sure we were taken care of. When the time comes for me to replace my system, I will not consider any other company or tech!

Very happy with New Air Systems! Blake came out to do maintenance on my HVAC for a recently purchased home, and he took the time to walk me through what he was looking for and gave me tips on self maintenance that could help extend the life of my unit. He went in depth on how the system operates and what could cause a capacitor to wear out more quickly than expected, which I highly appreciated, and he also walked me through how to wash out the outside unit.

He also quoted me a mini split install for my home office at a very fair price, where most other installers where charging ludicrous amounts (up to $10k for a single system) for over specced units and no wiggle room.

Eddie with New Air Systems came out within 2 days with his co worker, who I unfortunately forgot the name of, and they did an excellent job with the install. They made sure to cover the important electronics in my office so they remained dust free and did an outstanding job with the install. The inside and outside units look clean and professional, even my neighbor commented on how professional the final result looks. I opted to keep the units outside my fence area as I will cover it with a landscape bed soon, but they did offer to run lines over the fence, which I opted not to do, but appreciated their flexible options for the install.

The mini split was the best decision I made to get ready for the summer, since I spend most of my day in the one room furthest from the handler with a computer and multiple monitors generating a lot of heat. I would recommend the unit with the remote wifi app capability, the app is easy to use and well made.

I will be going to Blake and his peers going forward for all my AC needs, highly recommend.

We were desperate to find AC help on a Sunday evening after 2 days of 82 degree air inside. Our normal company was a week out and another big name company basically no showed no called on us.

I put a post out for recommendations on social media and Blake contacted us right away via phone and text and had a technician out shortly after on Sunday night who was able to diagnose and fix the issue!

His rate was significantly lower than other quotes. To top it off, both Blake and the tech had excellent customer service, knowledgeable and kind. We will be returning customers!

Yesterday the service was perform. Mr. Edgardo Dávila the technician was very friendly, experienced, and meticulously in his job. There were problems with the equipment to change in the store. Had to find other place to obtain it. Explained what he had to do, in a way I understood. Afterwards ho resolve a problem.a not easy to detect one cause by a design change in the equipment . Very satisfied customer.

Blake was communicative, punctual, honest, and overall a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many dishonest contractors during our recent home repairs. As a veteran, his character shows, and I would recommend him for anybody that wants a great hassle-free service!

Hands down best AC company in the area :-) affordable, honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. We run a boutique out of a tiny home and the split unit gave out, thank god I called Blake and he sent someone out immediately and took care of it. I apologize for the delayed review BUT I would recommend NAS to anyone! Their customer service was great (especially being able to text) and Blake was knowledgeable and understandable of our situation. Blake and his team were able to repair our issue and gave us recommendations on what we should address next. NAS saved us for the summer and I couldn't be more happy with their service and, especially, their affordability! Thank you Blake & New Air Systems!!

Update. Blake came out to personally check the unit. The failing part was under warranty and he replaced it and went above and beyond to check and fix another issue with the unit to make sure there was no issues with it. Thank you Blake for putting my mind at ease to personally check to see the part was under warranty and fix it.

My original appointment was for 9/30 but my tech was a no show. I called at 5pm and was told they had me on the schedule for 10/1. I explained I even had a reminder email from them for the 30th and changed my work schedule to be home for the appointment but they had to now schedule me for the following week. Yesterday the tech was nice and did the 6 month maintenance but told my husband that the capacitor is 50% from failing and I it will need to be replaced in the next few months. Problem I have with this is the tech that came out March 31 of this year change that capacitor.

Thomas is fantastic, New Air Systems is fantastic. Carrier...well maybe they should go read a book on customer service and supply chain logistics.
