I can't thank Blake and his team enough! Our heater went out on a super cold night Blake and his team came out the same day we called and fixed it right away! Super fast and friendly team thank you guys very much!

I was referred to Blake at New Air System. Contacted him early afternoon and he was able to schedule a service tech for late in the day. Edgardo contacted and asked if I would mind if he was here much earlier. Of course as my house was approaching 83º I would accept. He arrived within 20 min and asked exactly what was going on. He performed some diagnostics and had the house cooling in less than an hour. He said overall a new unit is recommended but for now he has the system working and the house is cooling. Price was very fair, service was prompt and extremely professional.

New Air Systems has been fantastic to work with. They’ve done multiple fixes for us and every time the service has been excellent — super responsive, very communicative, and great customer service. Most recently they replaced our upstairs unit right in the middle of summer. They answered all our questions, made the process easy, and had the new system installed in just one day. Every technician we’ve met has been great, and the owner himself was awesome to work with. Highly recommend them!

Short version: THE BEST customer service at an honest price point. Great communication with no high-pressure sales tactics.

I am blown away by the customer service I received from New Air Systems Inc. Every technician that came to the house which included Isaiah, Rex, Blake, and one other (I apologize I’ve forgotten the name) were all fantastic. Great communication, arrived right on time, and all of them were so polite and kind and respectful of my time and property. None of them tried to upsell me on anything. They were all extremely honest in their assessments of what was going on and recommendations for fixing this situation. This comes after extremely high-pressure sales tactics with a different company that I will not do business with again (who quoted me DOUBLE the cost!!)

New Air bent over backwards trying to get the manufacturer to cover the system under warranty (I will NEVER own an Amana product again!!!) and I appreciate everything they did so much.

Called New Air Systems on Wednesday and got a quote. After going over the quote and deciding on a new system, they were able to schedule the install for the following Monday. Thomas came on Monday and removed the old and installed the new. I am extremely happy with the system that was recommended and the work that Thomas did. There were some challenges getting out the old system and installing the new system. Thomas easily handled all of the issues that came up.
I am very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend New Air Systems, Inc.

New Air Systems technician, Dakota, came out and serviced our HVAC system, installed a system purifier, and got my thermostat set up online. He did this within 24 hours of my call, in a pleasant manner, and for a reasonable price. I will definitely call New Air Systems for future home hvac concerns.

I would give them 6 stars if I could because they were great! We live in Brooksville and we had 4 other vendors quote this job.
New Air was not the least expensive but when you do your homework, as we did in the bidding of our project, you learn that as with most things, the cheapest is rarely the best deal.
New Air installed the highest efficiency units at SEER2 16, inclusive of inline filtration and UV lights to prevent mold growth and were still the second lowest of 5 bids for systems that were all less efficient than what they installed.
I had 2 ea 2.5 Ton A/C units and 2 gas furnaces installed and one of the furnaces is in the garage ceiling.
Blake, the owner is prior military and his attention to detail, workmanship and timeliness showed it. They were polite, friendly and even answered my myriad of questions with a smile.
They took the time to fill any gaps in pipe/tubing to wall connections and even swept up the garage when done. It looks and works great and they were done in just 2 days.
I was impressed that the owner came out to bid the job instead of some tech, or salesman, and I could go on and on about the detailed quality of their install.
Let me assure you that I am very picky. When you consider the low cost of their service after the sale within the 10 year parts and labor warranty included, there simply was no better choice to make.
If you need to service an existing system or have a new one installed, I highly recommend you use New Air Systems!

Could not be happier! New Air Systems is one of the only honest AC Companies around. From Estimate to replacement of our system Blake was up front honest and reliable. I’ve had New Air Systems work on my unit for a few years now and always been happy. After having to replace my entire system yesterday, I have to say that they are a cut above what I already thought. From working with Blake to finalize the sale without any pushiness and answering all of my questions to the service techs that actually did the installation, everyone was fantastic. The installation was professional, neat, ultra clean, and personable. The guys answered all of my questions as they did the installation or explained why they were doing something. Definitely glad I went with them and will keep using them for maintenance for years down the road.

Excellent, honest repair after another well known company, Del-Air, told me I needed an entirely new system! Thomas did a thorough job inspecting everything and even showed me where the other company had disconnected wires to force me to buy the new system. It is so rare to fine really good, honest companies who don’t try to take advantage of you. I highly recommend New Air!
