It's not often you feel good about an appliance repair service. This company actually cares. Upfront, honest, communication is excellent, prompt and knowledgeable and will work with you to get things right. My refrigerator was not working and they diagnosed the issue and pointed me in the right direction to get a warranty repair as they do not do warranty work. They helped me try to get the manufacturer to fix it. They could've easily told me I was out of luck and tried to fix it - but took the time to be honest and keep me informed and tell me what to do. The supervisor Christine is amazing and even called me on a Friday at 8pm to get back to me. WHAT?!! Yes - she called me on a Friday night at 8PM!!!! That is unheard of these days. Thanks to the entire staff, I really appreciate you - also the service and diagnostic fees are not bad either. You can definitely feel comfortable knowing they will take care of you.

My dishwasher was not washing dishes! I called Hartman's, and a tech, Ed, came later that same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, explained that a new computer board had to be ordered, gave me an estimate (to the penny!) to replace the board. He explained that I would be notified later that day as to when the part would be available and when he would retuirn to install the board.
I was notified that night that the part would be available in 2 days and Ed would return the following day to complete the job. The message also confirmed the estimate that Ed had given me. The message also gave me a choice to times when Ed would return.
Ed showed up on the appointed day at the promised time. He explained that he had done some research and that maybe, just maybe, his original diagnosis might not be the problem. He told me that it may be a faulty pump. He said he brought both a new pump and a new computer board.
After 15 minutes, he showed me the pump he had removed. It was, indeed, broken. He replaced it, and the dishwashed worked perfectly. Then Ed explained that the pump cost $140 LESS than the computer board, and my bill was $140 LESS than the estimate.
Based on this one experence with Hartman's, I believe the company and my tech Ed are honest and thoroughly competent.
My satisfaction with Hartman's is 100%.

We had a Dishwasher that wasn't working. Ed(our technician) showed up on time the day after I called Hartman. He got to work right away and was very professional. Unfortunately our dishwasher wasn't as hardworking as Ed was. Pricing was good and upfront. If and when we need appliance repair again, will be calling Hartman.

I needed assistance with my problematic washing machine and found Hartman Appliance from an online search. From the phone call and setting up a service call with Jenna and meeting with the technician, everyone was very professional and courteous. I was able to get service within 48 hours and they were right on time. I would definitely recommend if you need assistance.

Ed the repair tech was great, when I told him about the problem we were having with our refrigerator he knew exactly what is was so we gave him the go ahead to get the part he needed to fix it. We trusted his opinion and he was spot on, thanks Ed for a job well done.

I was very upset to come home from work and get something out of the refrigerator only to find it warm. My refrigerator said it should be 37°, but it was 67°. I didn't know who to call, everyone was closed. I am so glad that Hartman's was still taking calls. I got an appointment the next day for a serviceman. He knew within minutes exactly what was wrong and ordered the part. Two days later the part came in and the refrigerator is working again. The people at Hartman's were very nice and a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable and very quick.

Prompt response and availability. Easy to schedule an appointment. Ed is very knowledgeable. He resolved the issue with my tenant’s dryer right at the first visit.

Technician was knowledgeable and Abe to explain, what my refrigerator had, in simple words and not technical. As he was working, he was explaining step by step. He worked fast and accurate. He left the area clean. Great job.

Hartman showered up close to the beginning window time range. The technician introduced himself before entering my home. He asked for details of the issue. Upon my explanation, he focused on the dishwasher first and quickly discovered the issue and fixed it. He then focused on the dryer and explain possible 2 causes and also explained, he would be unable to replicate the issue during his visit. He reset the internal computer on my dryer and we were able to dry clothes with no further issues/hiccups. I was also advised that the diagnostic fee wis good for 30 days, so if the issue resurfaces, I can call them back and the issue will be addressed with no additional diagnostic fees for the same appliance. The Tech was quick, efficient and informative.

My daughter's refrigerator went out after hurricane Milton. I called Hartman's when they opened and they scheduled within two hours. The service technician came, he was professional , knowledgeable and we trusted his guidance. We were very pleased with the service and we would call Hartman's again.
