    It's not often you feel good about an appliance repair service. This company actually cares. Upfront, honest, communication is excellent, prompt and knowledgeable and will work with you to get things right. My refrigerator was not working and they diagnosed the issue and pointed me in the right direction to get a warranty repair as they do not do warranty work. They helped me try to get the manufacturer to fix it. They could've easily told me I was out of luck and tried to fix it - but took the time to be honest and keep me informed and tell me what to do. The supervisor Christine is amazing and even called me on a Friday at 8pm to get back to me. WHAT?!! Yes - she called me on a Friday night at 8PM!!!! That is unheard of these days. Thanks to the entire staff, I really appreciate you - also the service and diagnostic fees are not bad either. You can definitely feel comfortable knowing they will take care of you.

    My dishwasher was not washing dishes! I called Hartman's, and a tech, Ed, came later that same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, explained that a new computer board had to be ordered, gave me an estimate (to the penny!) to replace the board. He explained that I would be notified later that day as to when the part would be available and when he would retuirn to install the board. I was notified that night that the part would be available in 2 days and Ed would return the following day to complete the job. The message also confirmed the estimate that Ed had given me. The message also gave me a choice to times when Ed would return. Ed showed up on the appointed day at the promised time. He explained that he had done some research and that maybe, just maybe, his original diagnosis might not be the problem. He told me that it may be a faulty pump. He said he brought both a new pump and a new computer board. After 15 minutes, he showed me the pump he had removed. It was, indeed, broken. He replaced it, and the dishwashed worked perfectly. Then Ed explained that the pump cost $140 LESS than the computer board, and my bill was $140 LESS than the estimate. Based on this one experence with Hartman's, I believe the company and my tech Ed are honest and thoroughly competent. My satisfaction with Hartman's is 100%.

    We had a Dishwasher that wasn't working. Ed(our technician) showed up on time the day after I called Hartman. He got to work right away and was very professional. Unfortunately our dishwasher wasn't as hardworking as Ed was. Pricing was good and upfront. If and when we need appliance repair again, will be calling Hartman.
