I called and scheduled a repair from 2-5, and they were a no show. We called back at 530 and were told they forgot about us, and no one could come. Will not be using them again. Very poor customer service!

Our refrigerator was getting warmer but our freezer was still cold. We called in the morning and a repairman was at the house in the afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and safe (wore a mask while on property). He had to leave to get a part from storage and came back within an hour. Fantastic response time as other companies couldn’t come out until 2 or 3 days later. Thank you!!!

Lamdlord paid $60 for poor diagnostics. Charged an additional $225 to install a $12 amazon part. All to discover that it didn’t fix the refrigerator. Waited over 4 hours for technician to arrive the second time. He then stated it was another part that was bad. Landlord made them return all the money. He then pulled the $12 part and left. Don’t waste your time or money. These folks are incompetent. Gave them one star not because it was earned- but I had no other choice to post my review.
