Outstanding service from them ! We had a tree that needed to be removed after the hurricane that could’ve came into our home . They removed it right away and were super professional and not too expensive ! Thank you for your service

Adrian and his team were amazing! We had stumps left after hurricane Ian but because it was a smaller job no body wanted to come to us but Ramco did. They were extremely responsive, professional and on time. Their work is top notch and their customer service is impeccable. Thank you Ramco!

Adrian first told me that he would charge me $100 to remove a stump. Adrian then said he would also take out the "runners" for an extra $50. I did not negotiate with him I said OK. Adrian said he was finished and I paid him and he left. As he was leaving my backyard he slammed his Stump Grinder machine into my newly stucco'd house and crashed into the side and front of my shed. I felt bad because it was difficult for him to maneuver it so I didn't mention it. After I helped him get his machine out I just went in the house. The next day I went to finish the playground for my 1 year old son whom Adrian met and noticed that Adrian had covered the stump with mulch and only did half of the stump and did not do the runners I paid extra for. When I called him he pretended like he didn't know who I was and then he said "I'll get to you when I can". I text him photos and he said he was going to come back the next day. He never showed up, stopped answering my calls and texts. It is disappointing that he doesn't keep his word and is a con artist. People like Adrian give tree companies a bad rep. I have texts and pictures and his responses to verify this. Do not trust this company.

The service was fast and price was good. But they did not care about my property - broke the curbing running the skid loader over it and cracked the concrete slab via dropping a large portions of the tree. It will cost me many times more to fix the damage then any potential savings from the discounted price. Tried to reach Ramco to discuss the issue, with no reaction on my inquiries.

I normally do not leave reviews, but after my experience with Micheal and personally witnessing how he treated his employees, I felt compelled to speak honestly about what I observed as a customer.

At the beginning, Micheal presented himself professionally and provided what seemed to be a reasonable quote. However, once the work started, the situation changed significantly. The project took far longer than expected, even for what appeared to be a relatively simple job. Communication became frustrating, and the overall management of the work was highly disappointing.

What concerned me most was the way employees were treated on-site. I observed workers performing extremely difficult labor while being instructed to lift items that appeared unreasonably heavy, despite equipment being available that could have made the process safer and more efficient. The behavior and attitude displayed toward the workers came across as arrogant, dismissive, and lacking basic professionalism and empathy.

As a customer, this left a very negative impression. A business should not only focus on completing a job, but also on treating employees and customers with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, what I witnessed behind the scenes did not reflect those values. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. My camara witness everything

First of all, I would give this tree company 10 stars if I could. We had a huge pine tree come down and it was hanging by a tiny 6 inch branch. I called multiple places to get this removed asap and Michael was at my house within 20 mins. He cleared his schedule to help us. If you are reading this review, please hire this company!! I found Local Land & Tree through a Google search, and the great reviews are absolutely accurate. We had branches trimmed away from our roof and a stump removed, and Mike went above and beyond expectations. He is kind, professional, and prompt.

Mike was incredible from start to finish. He did exactly what he said he would—no shortcuts, no delays. He relocated my shed with precision, cleared out a ton of heavy wood, and even graded my backyard perfectly. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. Professional and reliable service. Kevin walked us through every step of the consultation and made sure all of our expectations were met and more. We have a tree that has been a worry for us every hurricane season. They trimmed it up to be hurricane ready in a timely and safe manner. We couldn’t have asked for the job to be done any better.
