As usual, Ace was excellent! I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed. Their people are absolutely top notch. You will not be sorry that you used them. They are also very particular and leave a spotless job site. Wonderful Company.

I have used Ace Electric twice now, and have found them to be very professional, courteous, on time, efficient, and they always clean up after themselves. I feel like this is the company the best electricians want to work for. They have all been better than any others I’ve used.

I’ve had other electricians tell me that it wasn’t possible to have additional outlets in my courtyard outside, that nothing was wrong with an outlet I complained about, and they couldn’t hang my chandelier for whatever reason. Guess what. Ace did it all with no problems.

This last time I used them to install recessed lighting. I have vaulted ceilings and have wanted recess lighting for years but had always heard it was prohibitively expensive. I finally decided I really wanted it, and I was going to get a quote. Bob, the owner, came out to look at the house and see what I wanted. He even had better suggestions for lighting solutions that I didn’t even know existed. He told me everything that would need to be done to the ceiling, the light switches and how the lighting would be affected by the ceiling fan, etc. He made sure I knew what my end result would be. And it actually was a very reasonable price!

The guys who came to do the work also explained everything to me. They told me I may need to have some small areas of drywall repaired because of them having to change the switches and fish the wires, etc. When I came home and saw my gorgeous new recessed lighting, no mess at all and only one small spot of drywall repair needed (they kept the piece to make it easy to fix), I felt like it was my birthday! Beautiful work!

Ace Electric was everything you would expect from a professional company and then some. The technicians, Tommy and Chris were exceptional. They were prompt each day, courteous, professional and clean. Tommy was in the lead. He seems to be very honest and a very very good teacher and mentor for those working with him. I can imagine that he is also a very good father. His work ethic was impeccable.
Chris was also very competent, polite and conscientious worker. He and Tommy seemed to make a good team.
Tommy explained everything along the way with all the various work to be done. I appreciated this very much as the job was completed with perfection.
I will be using Ace Electric again when needed and will absolutely recommend them. Thank you for a job very well done!

Hurricane Ian and a big tree did some big damage at our small Sarasota house. Thanks to the whole ACE team, from the super helpful person in the office (with an Australian accent), Tommy and Ben who zoomed over from another job soon after I called and did a lot of work replacing and installing many pieces of electrical hardware in three hours and made it look easy!, and the the owner who called me with a concern. All was professionally completed and we were able to contact FPL and be reconnected. I am so glad I contacted Ace, seriously.

Jesse was our amazing technician. He took his time and figured out our issue. Ace had a tech come to my home within 2 hours of calling. He was early and called to make sure it was ok. He also took the time to show us the issue's and what was fixed. Definitely recommending! I originally booked with Home Advisor and the technician tried to reschedule our confirmed appt one hour after he was supposed to be at my house. 10 stars for Jesse!

I am very happy with the service I received from Aces. We had storm damage to our electrical drop and decided to change the drop to underground, relocate the meter and add a generator input for the house. This is a multi- month process interacting with FPL and the county and Ace’s office, especially Ariel, kept me informed through the whole process as I never had to wonder about the project’s status. After all the approvals, the day came for the FPL switchover and the Ace’s electrician handled and installed everything perfectly and had our power back on with the shortest interruption possible. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services if you are in need of electrical work.

There is no one else you need to call if you need an electrician. As a real estate broker I have both small & large issues that come up. They are handled quickly & competently. My clients are always happy, which keeps me happy. They have taken care of any of my personal needs in my own home.

In this time of declining customer service they are the absolute exception- great service & value.

Just want to take a moment to say how HAPPY I am with ACE and the technicians Mc Kensey and Justin...they were so helpful, knowledgeable and worked great as a team. They knew exactly what had to be done...they even had called and had a special part dropped off so they could finish the job without having to come back...I cannot say enough about my experience and will CERTAINLY reuse them in any future projects...THANK YOU SO MUCH ACE!!...

This is the second time I have used Ace Electric and I will never call anyone besides them from now on. Monty came out the first time and he is so knowledgeable, professional and organized that I asked for him by name the second time. I have been a Sarasota resident since 1974 and I have yet to experience this level of professionalism from any of the many contractors I have hired through the years. I was in need of an electrician for a whole host of projects ranging from wall mounting TVs, running new wiring and installing new outlets, repairing a few outlets, running power to and installing security cameras, resetting Dawn-to-dusk lights, you name it. I was originally referred to another company but they were booked very far out. I did my own research and came across Ace. I read lots of positive reviews so I had a good feeling. I was contacted by Jo in their office. She advised me someone would come out to put together an estimate. I forget the name of the gentleman who came out but he was extremely knowledgeable and a terrific listener. He helped answer my questions before the appt and let me know if I had the correct wall mounting equipment (turns out I didn’t so I appreciated knowing that in advance!). A team of 5 guys arrived on time the day promised and they got to work. Honest to God I am as OCD as it comes in not wanting to see cords and having things perfectly level and these guys did an amazing job. They cleaned up behind themselves and I appreciated that (I have had so many service people come into the house and I ended up having to clean up drywall shavings, dirt and dust and I so over that). They were professional and did everything perfectly. I have had them out one more time and Adam and Mario did a fantastic job. I can honestly say that everyone from Jo in the front office to the guy who did the estimate to the electricians to Christine in the office are so buttoned up. Thank you, Ace!

My husband and I are very happy with the service we received from Ace Electric. Nick and Taylor installed all of the lighting in our entire house expertly and efficiently and were so wonderful to work with. I can not recommend them enough and I am so thankful that we found them. Excellent company, great value and 5 stars all the way!

We had serious flooding in our house byHurricane Helene and Milton. Ace Electric went out of their way to restore the wiring in house. The technicians were excellent and did everything they could to make it better. Thank you Ace.

Beware of changes to how you are charged. We were told we would have 1, two man crew @ $175 per hour which included 1 hour each way drive time?? We ended up with 2 two man crews @ $175 per hour which included 4 hours drive time. cost was out of line. Also simple dimmer switches were charge at $100 each!

After speaking with Michael about the above he has rectified the situation. I must say the crews he sent to do the job were very professional and did a good job. I would suggest this matter is closed with the satisfaction of both parties.

We are new to Florida and do not have any trade contacts here. ACE was referred by another High quality company. Bob was on time to do the estimate and worked with us to get two heat pumps installed and a complete panel replacement. The cost of the upgrades was exactly what I expected and seamed a fair price for high quality workmanship. The two guys that showed up to do the work were awesome and did a great job. I will be using them in the future for all our electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and honest pricing. Ben and Cody serviced my call and were great and answered all my questions. Ben was conscientious to bill me for the time worked on the call and not any more. The repair was reasonably priced. Ivy the receptionist was very pleasant on the phone. First time using this company and had a very good experience. Would confidently recommend them.

Bob and the team at Ace are the best! They did all the electric for a major remodel of my home on LBK. Very skilled, knowledgeable of all permitting issues, FAST, reliable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We have used ACE for several jobs and have received first rate service from all of their employees.
When you call for service you get a real person to speak with who is equipped to deal with your issues. Their field worker are competent, work efficiently and CLEAN up after the job is complete.
ACE is our "go to" contractor for all our electrical needs.

After a major kitchen remodel we needed numerous ceiling lights removed, changed, and new lights added. Sean along with others was the primary electrician on the job. We found the entire group to be efficient, knowledgeable, competent, and very respectful. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend Ace Electric for any electrical needs and especially Sean. Any future needs I have will be directed to Ace with a special request for Sean

I needed a quick verification about the safety of an electrical panel and the team at Ace was quick to respond that same day. They were informative and professional, and charged a fair price. I will definitely call them the next time I need an electrician! Thank you for your service!

I referred Ace to a Real Estate Broker for an electrical question for another property, and the Broker reported not only was Ace able to respond in >48 hrs, but that the process was smooth, professional, and very efficient. If I could add another star, I would.

Phil & Manny came quickly within an hour or so of my initial call. They could not have been more professional or pleasant. They fixed the problem and had us up and running within a few minutes. Also very good at explaining the situation. I should mention that their telephone receptionist was also a great and valued asset to the company. Ace Electric should be your first call.
