Twenty-five year old home and one outside receptacle did not work. Chad quickly traced the problem to another old receptacle that had corrosion. Polite, quick and thorough. Highly recommend Chad and Sunbelt.

Scheduled a technician that never showed, and employees proceeded to lie to me repeatedly instead of just owning up and admitting they made a mistake in their schedule. I cannot speak for the quality of work by the technicians, since I was unable to schedule anything due to the rude little boy working the phones who decided to shout over me and accuse me of threatening him when I said I want to come speak to his manager in person. Even worse, his little punk manager lied to me to help cover the erroneous ways of his little helper. The office is run by a bunch of cowardly little boys who would rather hide behind their phones instead of working for the customer.

Serviceman was very polite and went right to work. He checked the electricity and saw that it. Was getting power. He unplugged the dryer and saw the prong was bent. Heunbent it and plugged it in and the dryer worked. I had to pay for the entire hour service call $174.95.

Mirek of Sunbelt Electric was very professional, knowledgeable, clean and took the time to explain everything he installed and to make recommendations for future service. Will definitely use Sunbelt Electric again.

I called on Monday afternoon and exactly on time Tuesday morning "Chad" was here. He gave me a reasonable quote and had the work done in an hour. Great service and a company that keeps their promises.

Sunbelt electric installed a new service box in my home. They came promptly, got the work done and had us back with power by evening. The electrician even came back the next morning to label all the breakers--BONUS!

Chad is the man.. he came over and fixed everything in no time at all and when you are getting charged by the hour thats a really really good thing. He installed two led fixtures and was even able to maguyver one into place.. well played sir. Definitely ask for chad if dealing with sunbelt!!!

Excellent quick response time. The service technician, Ramon, was excellent, he explained what he needed to do and completed the wiring quickly with no problems. He cleaned up after the project was done. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Found them on Home Advisor. Had a fixture installed and dimmer switch. The service man Chad was very polite. I will for sure keep their number for future use. I was very pleased with their quick response. HIghly recommend them.

We called Sunbelt to hang and wire stall fans for our horse barn. Mirek came out the next morning, looked at the job, and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. He completed the fairly substantial amount of work in 4 hours, tidied up carefully, and left satisfied customers!

Great company to do business with , would not hesitate to have them come back to do any future projects . Chad did excellent work , at a reasonable price in a very timely manner . Sunbelt installed a new bathroom vent fan. Our attic space was really limited, but the electrician was able to figure out a way to get the fan installed! We also had a whole house surge protector installed and the installer was able to figure out how to locate the unit so the LED lights wouldn't light up our bedroom all night long! Thanks, Sunbelt - you really went above and beyond!

I had a breaker that would not reset, leaving me with no external house lights and no light in the front part of my house. After trying all of the DIY tricks, and after much research and review reading, I called Sunbelt. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were up front about the $59.95 service call and that for the call plus one hour of work, I would be looking at $194.95 plus the cost of any materials.

My appointment was set for 12:00 pm and I received a call from the technician, Mirek, shortly after 11:00 am confirming that I would be home. Mirek arrived at 11:41 am and was very pleasant, as well as accommodating to the fact that I had a sleeping eight month old in the house. Mirek diligently went through all of the steps to track down the problem and was able to find it very quickly. It turns out that an old external outlet was the cause of the problem. Mirek asked if I would like him to replace it and I assented. Within 50 minutes Mirek had found and fixed the problem an was on his way. The total was $229.95, with the added $35 being the cost of the exterior outlet and cover, about comparable to the cost I would pay at Home Depot. All in all, my first experience with an electrician was a positive one and I would recommend Sunbelt wholeheartedly.

I needed to have the electric in my Kitchen island moved so I called Sunbelt as well as some additional contractors. Sunbelt came out right away and gave me a reasonable quote. I then found that I needed to have some additional work done so I called back and they came back out and gave me another quote which was also reasonable. I ended up going with them to do the work and they did a great job for the price quoted.

They are overpriced and pricing is deceptive...showed up on time , fixed one burnt out outlet checked two others and as for the bathroom fixture it only took five minutes the bulb was out,after about 40 min he was done and handed us a bill for 207$!! who charges this kind of money for so little work.? I called and they said whether it’s 20 min or an hour they charge 125 hour labor, your better off with a knowledgeable handyman.Watch out way overpriced.Look elsewhere unless you don’t mind overpaying ,youve been warned.

Recently l booked Sunbelt Electric via HomeAdvisor. This was the 2nd time I had used their service. I really like being able to immediately book my appointment online at my convenience rather than having to call them and wait for them to call me back. The service tech arrived on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Sunbelt Electric is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I was connected to Sunbelt Electric through HomeAdvisor on Monday, November 6th and scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come Tuesday between 12-3. At 4, no one had shown up yet so I gave them a call and spoke with Patrick. Patrick called the technician and called me back saying that they would like to reschedule for tomorrow (Wednesday) between 12-3. I agreed. Again no one showed up and no one called. I called them at 3 and Patrick said he would speak to the technician and then call me back, but he never did. I got a call from Sunbelt Electric on Friday asking if the work was completed. I explained my situation and they apologized and said they’d schedule a technician for Monday between 12-3. I reluctantly agreed. A couple technicians showed up around noon on Monday, but I wasn’t charged what I was told I would be charged over the phone. When I spoke with Patrick on Tuesday, November 7th, he informed me it would be $60 for them to look at the issue and provide me with an estimate. The technicians looked at the issue and charged me a $215 “troubleshooting fee”. I called Sunbelt Electric and spoke with the office manager, Elijah, about the fee and the miscommunication, but it was a really terrible experience dealing with him. He barely let me speak, constantly talking over me. He threatened to repossess my house if I didn’t pay and when I informed him that I would be paying and following up with legal action, he commented, “our attorneys deal with people like you all the time and we never lose.” The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the technicians themselves were helpful and they got the job done, even if it was done for more money than I would have agreed to if I were given the choice.

Sunbelt Electric was the perfect company for our job! We needed a quite a bit of work done and they were able to complete it quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and just awesome guys! Thanks we will definitely be back.

Chad completed the installation of our ceiling/light fan combo in less than an hour. He was professional, courteous and willing to explain the process as he worked. We would definitely hire Sunbelt Electric for our other household electrical needs!

VERY EXPENSIVE! It kills me to write this review but I have to allow other
consumers to know that this company overcharges and not but a little bit. They charge $135.00 per hour when other electrician companies out there charge $95 per hour. I accidentally called Sunbelt over another company: Bob's electric after printing a long list of electricians in the area. I had my ceiling fan changed, and 3 recessed lights, and 2 garage exterior lights. The tech.: Johnathan arrived late but did the job. When he wrote up the bill it was $560.00. I paid for the fixtures on my own. When I received the bill Johnathan told me is was $135.00 per hour. He did a great job but it kills me that they charge that kind of money. I did
call Cody at Sunbelt and he said he would have matched anyone's price but why not just charge a reasonable going rate to begin with???
