Hi. I just used Miller Electric and they did an excellent job. I had a 240 line installed for new sauna and an electrical outlet for frigerateor and freezer in garage. Scott from Miller was excellent and everything went great. Thank you!

Had Ed out for an estimate and to see if he could move a plug. He sent a tech out who had no materials or equipment to run the plug in the bathroom. He showed up half hour late, spent half hour scratching his head and never ran the plug. He was unprepared without supplies and couldn't do the job. Then Ed sent me an inappropriate, unprofessional email because I addressed the issue. Wow! What has this world come to.

Absolutely the worst. The owner, Ed Gocher, is an angry person and, in spite of constant errors by the office staff and one by the electrician, they take no responsibility for their actions. Our whole kitchen project was set back by their errors and then, after we had paid in full, we found a mistake. They did fix it, but charged us. When I politely questioned them about charging us for their error, I was greeted by an email of personal insults and even threats! If you want to know other peoples' experiences with Miller, go to the Yellow Pages and read the reviews. Scary.

The team came out to run power to our hot tub. They were very efficient and made it look easy. I highly recommend Miller for any job large or small. -
I used Miller Electric for some electrical work for my home. The work was not done according to code as I found out in a subsequent inspection. I called Miller to correct the problem and they came and fixed it. Then Miller sent me an invoice for correcting their own poor work and insisted that I pay the invoice. I will never use this company.again.

HORRID COMPANY ALL AROUND -
I have used Miller Electric on several occasions. Not only are the punctual, but the quality of service I received was top notch. This family run business came recommended to me from a friend with several rental properties that Miller has worked on. They were fair priced and sticked to the quoted fee. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Miller Electric is a wonderful company. The office offers outstanding support and information. My tech arrived perfectly within the time window I was given and my requested work was completed right the first time. The tech I had was Charlie and he was very attentive and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I was told by Florida Light & Power that my outside meter box needed replacing. I called Miller Electric and explained what needed to be done. The office assistant placed me on a waiting. list. Several days later, I was called, notifying me that a technician was available on 10/4/2024. Again I stated that I needed the outside panel box replaced. No mention was made that the box could not be replaced by the technician until plans were made with FPL. It was not until the technician arrived that I learned learned this information. ( Since I had been busy with clean up from hurricane Helene and not able to check my email, I was not aware that an email had been sent explaining the details of the technician's visit.) Believing that I would be charged for this technician visit, I did allow him to do some minor work that did not have to be done immediately, including replacing the air conditioner disconnect. Had I been thinking clearly and knowing that my flooded air conditioner would be replaced with a mini-split system, there would be no need for a new disconnect!
After receiving a bill for $401, I visited the Miller Electric office, hoping that I could talk to the owner to discuss an adjustment to the bill. I was told that the owner was not there, and someone
would call me back regarding my request. Miller Electric failed to follow through with a response to my request. A week later, after receiving a letter from their account department stating that they had "reached out to me regarding any questions and concerns", that the bill would be turned over to a collection attorney. I immediately called their office and requested to talk to the owner. Again, I was told that the owner was not there. Not knowing that Miller Electric is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau, I did state that I was going to file a report, as well as posting a negative on my community bulletin board. That evening, I did receive an email from the owner, but nothing was mentioned about an adjustment to the bill. I responded to his email explaining the above issues and stating that even though I had paid the bill to avoid additional charges, I was still requesting an adjustment be made. There as been no response regarding the adjustment. For a company whose motto is : QUALITY WORK ABOVE ALL ELSE!, I do not consider this QUALITY SERVICE. -
I used Miller electric for many projects over the years. I was always satisfied until recently. I called 3 weeks ago to have an outlet installed. They told me that it would be two weeks until someone would be available. I understood that they are busy.. After 3 weeks, I called to find out when someone would be available and they told me that they didn’t have the outlet. They would have to order it so they didn’t know how long it would be.I just want a standard 40 amp receptacle.

I have hired Miller Electric on a few occasions, most recently after Hurricane Milton snapped the riser off of my electric meter box and destroyed the lugs and "guts" inside the meter box., which I needed to get repaired before FP&L could get power to me. I called and spoke to Jordan who was very friendly and helpful, saying someone could be out later in the day to take a look at the scope of repairs needed. A few hours later, Tyler showed up and said he had everything in his van to do the repairs. I authorized him to begin work and a couple of hours later he had replaced the meter box and its "guts," the metal riser conduit, and the connector cables so that all I had to do was wait for FP&L to connect their power lines. Whether you need emergency work, or just routine work such as replacing the panel, replacing outlets, or installing lights or ceiling fans, I recommend you give them a call.

Would give zero stars if possible. BEWARE OF PRICING AND QUOTES. We used Miller Electric 3 years ago and had a good experience so when we recently needed a new electric outlet moved, we called to set up installation. The office person found a time for the next day- great. When I asked about rates, she didn’t give the full story, only that a service fee “for coming out” and 145 per first half hour (it was actually 160 for the first half). Sounded reasonable as we were sure this would be a fairly quick job. The technician was close to on time, but we noticed he spent about 7-8 mins. In his truck before coming to our door. We noted his start time from the time he came to our door - one hour and 5 minutes. He proceeded to do the work with a small amount of mess that we had to clean up. When the technician left he had been here one hour and 5 minutes. Fast forward, we received an email billing the next day with an amount much higher than quoted and one amount with no breakdown of the charge. I reached out to their office to have the amount explained and was told the billing person was not available. I then asked to speak with a person that could explain and was told that person (owner Tyler) was busy and couldn’t be reached so I left a message for a call back. 4 days past and no call. I reached out again and the phone person again said he wasn’t available. I emailed as well. Finally the next day Tyler responded by phone and stated that the charge was from the time their truck goes through the gate for gated communities not at the door. This was a 10 minute difference from the time they actually got to the door. Ultimately we were charged $80 more dollars for 5 minutes (Tyler said they “round up” by 1/2 hour). Parts were $37 so we paid over $300 per 1 hour 5 minutes of labor. CHECK OTHER COMPANIES- this one is overpriced and unreasonable about clock time. Alerting our association on Social Media page as well - we have over 600 homes to alert about this company.
