We have been relying on Scott and his team for many years. Scott is knowledgeable, professional and does a wonderful job. His team is of the same fine quality. We are very happy to recommend his services.

Why did I seek their services? Post Hurricanes I wanted to ensure the health, viability, integrity and beauty of the trees in my yard.
How did I find them? They are listed in the 2025 Manatee Five Star Guidebook. I also had the names of four other companies. I researched all of them online.
Why did I select them? One of a few companies that has a certified arborist working with their team (and not just consulting). Their on-line messaging focused on the health of trees and not just tree removal.
Cost: I have no idea how their pricing compares to other companies. I am not a "price shopper" I am a value and integrity shopper. They cared for and nurtured nine trees on my property and I feel like I received great value for the money I spent.
Quality and timeliness of the work: Exceptional quality! They did exactly what Scott told me they would do in the time he said it would take (3 hours). He also "warned me" about what I would see at completion, explaining the "why" behind it. My trees look great now. We had a minor glitch with contact and scheduling at the very beginning, but this was quickly resolved.
Would I recommend? Without hesitation. My goal is to find the service provider with whom I feel comfortable. One who is straight forward, truthful, and exceptionally skilled at what they do - "my company for life!" I watched Scott as he evaluated and worked with our trees, I am pretty sure he loves what he does and it shows!

Every year before the start of hurricane season, I call Sarasota Tree Service to have them come and do whatever work is needed to keep my many large trees in good health. Both Russell and Scott have worked at my house and I have been pleased with both. They have the equipment they need to do the job. Their employees know what they’re doing, exercise caution, and use proper safety procedures. They always clean up immaculately and I would recommend them highly to anyone who cares about their trees.

This is a very professional company who does great work. They rescued us the same day our Grand Oak tree came "tumbling down". Russell called the fire department when he noticed the electrical wires smoking due to the tree coming down and also called FPL to trim the tree to prevent any outages in the neighborhood.

The company came the next day and took the tree down in the most respectful and professional manner. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the wood and trimmings.

This company is number 1 and I would recommend highly.

Scott is the best arborist. He has been taking care of my hibiscus trees for a few years. I love working with him. His knowledge and care for trees is obvious. My tree are gorgeous every year and all my neighbors enjoy them. I highly recommend this company.

Got some great work done from these guys after the storm, talked to Jason on the phone he came and took a look and knocked it out the next day. Native Tree Service pruned two oak trees damaged during Hurricane Milton, one of which several other tree services suggested should be removed (at higher cost). They cleared debris to the curb and left the site clean and clear. Jason Bennett cares more about saving trees than he does about being a removal service- Kudos to his company.

Jason, Tyler and the crew did a phenomenal job taking care of our grand live oak tree. We recently noticed a crack, and after conferring with several arborist, we decide to go with Jason and Native Trees to help save our tree. They have been honest and dependable. They did a great job significantly reducing the canopy in a way that is respectful to the tree, then followed up with a rod and cables. I feel confident in their expertise and I would highly recommend them for their compassion and commitment to trees.

Art's Tree Service is a terrific, locally owned company. They handled the entire experience, from initial contact through estimating and on-site crew service, with friendly, professional and prompt expertise. I highly recommend Art's for any tree-related work you need done.
