We just had Kathia, Brenda and Yailen clean our home after a few months of being gone. They all did a wonderful job, and were happy to be here. We always have had great service with Cloud Nine Cleaning and these three hard working ladies just added to our experience. Kathia was on top of everything, making sure things were in place and cleaned. Brenda and Yailen made everything sparkle with a smile. Thank you ladies for a job well done!

I highly recommend this company. For the initial cleaning, they had trouble getting through the door, but they waited patiently while we were able to figure it out remotely. They did a great job with a deep clean, again recommend!

After trying a few other companies I've happily settled down with cloudnine for my house cleaning. The ladies arrived on time and spoke perfectly good English (which I have found is hard to find and with that issue there can be miscommunication) They worked hard, asked questions when they were not sure and were so polite and detail oriented. I hired CloudNine House Cleaning to clean my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Lakewood Ranch, FL because I was just getting too busy with work and other responsibilities. I wasn't sure how it would all work (I've never hired a house cleaning service before) but they make it super easy and they take care of everything! It took me a few minutes to book my house cleaning appointment online, the maids showed up on time, and left my home spotless! Shiny floors, shiny counter tops, it was amazing! This is my first time using a house cleaning company and I have to say I really did enjoyed it( my husband idea). Yanelis and Gladis were professional and did such an excellent job on doing a deep clean at my house. For sure I will be using them again and I will recommend the company.

Kathia and Brenda have been our regular cleaners for over three months now. Four times they have been here, and they are always nothing but superb. They are trustworthy and conscientious. They care for our precious items as they clean and are never rough with anything. Other cleaners we've used have left marks on the walls and broken shutters when dusting them. Not these two ladies. I highly recommend CloudNine House Cleaning, and you should ask for Kathria and Brenda.

So excited to have finally found a house cleaning company I can trust! Their online booking system is super easy, they're really friendly and arrived on time. They left my house looking beautiful and best of all the house didn't smell of bleach when they left. I could go on and on but I think I've already summed it up. I have been using CloudNine for three or four years. During this time Yusi with a second team member like Lina have taken excellent care of my home . Everyone at trustworthy and professional . After having had surgery, I received a very much appreciated gift certificate from our adult kids for a Cleaning Service from CloudNine HouseCleaning.
I scheduled online for a ‘Deep Clean’ service and Kimberly & Natalia arrived and did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our home from top to bottom - bathrooms, toilets, mirrors, bedrooms, blinds, kitchen & LR, all the flooring, our patio doors inside & out, lanai wiped down - all sparking & spotless & done efficiently and with such great attention to detail!
Very grateful for them and one month later Yusi & Lina came to do a general cleaning for us and again, we were very impressed and pleased with their hard work & excellent service. Overall a great experience with CloudNine! Thank you!

I would like to compliment the lady, Brenda, who does an excellent job cleaning our house. We asked her to do a particular job of cleaning under our bed because we are replacing it and needed it to be extra clean for the delivery of the new bed. Besides, she does an excellent job all over the house.

We were nervous at first to let someone into our home having never used a cleaning service before. But from the start with Cloud Nine, they were very responsive and professional. They gave us upfront pricing and were flexible with our needs. Their first visit was right on time and they were well dressed, polite, curious and immediately put us at ease. They did a wonderful job and we certainly will be using them moving forward.

So I could not reply to the reaponse to your review. But I did aske many tomes about cleaning the dust and was told they had a pole. Today after I got mad was the 1st time I saw the pole duster. Here is the photos of the before and after of the one little swipe she took. And then put the pole away. I have another company coming today that said it not an issue and they have the pole with the extended duster and was recommended by another with the same model of home in our neighborhood. The 1st two pics are the before and the last 3 are the after where you can see the little line were she swiped it once. The other reviews posted here and the photos they put up with the dirty crumbs and missed floor spots was. Regular thing here as well. But since I could not respond to add the photos I posted here to show its not a ladder that is needed just an extension pole with a flat duster

You will need to know good Spanish because the cleaners do not speak any English. I told them we had a priority list to clean and they did not follow. On top of that they were extremely slow. 2 cleaners completed less than 25% of our priority list during the 2 hours they were here.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with CloudNine House Cleaning. I moved to Florida from Massachusetts 2 years ago and have used their services from day one. They always do a fantastic job, but more important than that is their administrative professional approach to running their business. I can always reach a live person during business hours and the response time to any questions is always immediate. I am notified by email 2 days prior to cleaning and the one or two times they have been delayed I am notified immediately.

I highly recommend them.
