Way overpriced compared to other cleaning services in the area. Also, owner is very unprofessional and will try to charge you more than they quote at the end of the cleaning. Then she will send you rude text messages about it!

I so appreciate how the girls go the extra mile to clean something they notice it needs cleaning. Yesterday I walked in the dining room after they had left, and noticed they had cleaned the individual glass bells on our chandelier. This is not part of the standard cleaning and these are not easy to clean, but they took the time to do it when they noticed.

This service is amazing! Three very professional and efficient women came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom, including cleaning the oven and refrigerator. I was so happy with the service that I scheduled a monthly cleaning.

Private Home Cleaning has been our helpful housekeepers for over eight years. The women who work for their service have always been prompt, thorough and pleasant to have in my home. They ask if there’s anything extra I need done, or something done in a different manner. AND they’re very efficient! I really like having 2 or 3 or 4 people here at a time because they get the job done faster and they really operate well as a team, each one knowing their job and then just doing it. The ladies who show up vary from time to time, but they always do an excellent job, no matter who is on the team that particular day. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with their work and if I were not satisfied, I know the owner would make it right, even if it meant she would come to my home to do the work (that has never happened!). Out of five stars, I would give them TEN!!!!

While I was very hesitant that my husband wanted to get a house cleaner to make my life easier, I agreed to see what he could find in a service. Having had less than stellar cleaners in the past, I wasn't thrilled to spend the money but Private Home Cleaning has made me incredibly happy! The ladies who come are professional, efficient, and always very friendly. They consistently go above and beyond, for example: changing the sheets, cleaning the tracks of my sliding glass doors, and organizing my pet's toys and bedding. They even got grout cleaned that I had been battling with since moving into this home! I look forward to Genoveva's team coming to my home and the great work they leave behind. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

I called private home cleaning in a state of semi emergency because I had guests arriving and had injured my wrist leaving me unable to properly clean my house. I was able to schedule quickly and the women did an excellent job cleaning the house. My guests were thrilled with the cleanliness of the home. They even put sheets on your bed! I intend to use this service again and recommend them.

I never leave reviews but made an exception to tell everyone what a great experience I had with Private Home Cleaning. My mom had the flu and was too ill to clean in her apartment. It was the Thursday before Memorial Day and no one had availability on short notice but Genoveva (the lovely owner) found a cleaning crew of energetic and professional cleaners to come the same day. My mom was impressed at how well they cleaned in just one hour (she’s got high standards). I got the credit. Great business. Thank you Genoveva!
