I had my condo cleaned by Team #9, Jenny & Diana, and they did a wonderful job, far exceeding my expectations! They paid attention to detail, and I appreciated that they cleaned everything and put it back exactly how I had it. I didn't have to go behind them and clean anything, as I typically do with most services. Would highly recommend and I plan to use again!

Molly Maid came out today and cleaned my house, and they did an outstanding job. The bathrooms and kitchen are extremely clean, and I am very pleased with the work they did in those areas. They also mopped the floors and dusted, making my entire home look and smell clean and fresh. I am very satisfied with the service.

We reached out to Molly Maid for a quote and were blown away by how quickly they responded. The owner Joe came and quoted the job, I was not expecting that at all which was a really nice touch. They said they could have a crew out next day and the very next day they had Team 4 at our house ready to go! Team 4 is with Carmen and Yenni, and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment they arrived they were kind, professional, and so easy to work with. They cleaned our entire house from top to bottom and the results were unbelievable.

Every room was spotless, every surface was shining, and it felt like a completely refreshed home. Behind everything, under everything, their attention to detail really stood out and you could tell they take pride in their work. Excellent! When I came into Dana's house this morning, everything looked clean, clean, clean. They did the lenae, they did the windows. They made little flourish on top of the Kleenex boxes, which is so cute. I just love everything they've done. And I want to tell you something. I was a housekeeper for 35 years. And this is excellent work.

I interviewed other independent house cleaners and felt i was being taken advantage of, but with Molly Maids the proposal was accurate, professional. The two ladies who arrived didnt speak English and i suggest they have the translation app on their phones for better communication. However they were polite, friendly, hard working and I would use them again without hesitation.

I recently moved out of my room of about 15 years. I was very impressed by the clean that I received! I spilled wax over the bathroom floor and I was never able to get it up. I tired several remedies over the years. Andrea got the wax off the floor in less than 30minutes. The room was spotless when I returned. I will definitely be using this service again! I was so happy with my clean. I have a houseguest Pekingese right now who is quite grumpy, and the ladies were very kind, working around her and my golden retriever. They did such a good job and are so sweet! I always feel so much better after they’ve been here.

The few times we needed to address an issue it was corrected swiftly and we received resolution from management who was sincerely concerned in ensuring our satisfaction. The two women who typically provide our cleaning, Keeanna and Align, keep our home fresh and spotless! I always look forward to their visits as they are friendly and work efficiently and quickly with a smile on their face. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend this cleaning service. We were having some remodeling work done on our home and we had to reschedule several times due to the process taking longer than anticipated. Regina was understanding and flexible which we very much appreciated. Connie and Jennifer were polite and thorough cleaners and Regina made sure all was in order. Our house has never been so clean! The first time we used this company the service was excellent!! The 2nd time, not even close by comparison to the 1st time. We asked for the First Ladies to come back. They did a great job, but still short of the 1st cleaning. Today, the service was awful…sticky vanities, barely wiped any surfaces, didn’t wipe cabinets, stove top not cleaned, fingerprints left on glass doors. Needless to say very dissatisfied. My husband works extra hours to provide this help for me as I was stuck on weekends cleaning the entire home. We found another company, same price, who include more services in their quote, and offer a 100% guarantee!
